A Truly Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families I recently stayed at this lovely hotel as a single mum with my 3-year-old, and I can honestly say it was one of the most heartwarming and positive experiences I’ve had while traveling. As any parent knows, traveling with a toddler can be challenging—but from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. Every single team member—from the reception to the bar staff—was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. A special mention goes to the catering team, especially the manager, who was truly exceptional. The food was not only beautifully presented but absolutely delicious, with something for everyone to enjoy. And the animation team—what can I say? They were simply amazing. My little one absolutely adored them. Their warmth, energy, and attentiveness made such a difference to our holiday. It’s not easy to gain the trust and affection of a 3-year-old, but they did it effortlessly. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place where people care. I left with a full heart and lasting memories, and I will definitely consider coming back in the future. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special

Nothing , everything was perfect

The resort looks absolutely gorgeous. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options at all meals and a snack bar. The pool bar also has a wide variety of cocktails available at any time of the day. Our 1½ year old really enjoyed the stay with the kid's swimming pools and kid's meals as well as kid's animation activities. The location is ideal, just about 10 minutes from the airport. Apart from the heat (up to 30°C at the beginning of September, we had no complaints at all. Real value for money.

Our room had a large balcony and we enjoyed the beautiful sea view. Our room was quite spacious and suited well for our family (2 adults with a baby). The restaurant had a wide selection and different themes for each night. We mostly found the food quite tasty as well. The Snack Bar was a great alternative in case you missed lunch. The pool area was awesome and although it was too windy for us to go to the beach, we liked that the hotel was situated right next to it. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

For us, the evening program was a bit too loud and started too late. Our 5-month baby went to sleep at that time (21.00) and I have no idea how he slept through this (our room was situated right above the restaurant and stage on the 4th floor). Otherwise, I would have complained right away and asked for another room. Sometimes the plates and glasses at the restaurant were a bit dirty. For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected more attention to detail. To get a sunbed and an umbrella by the pool, you had to "reserve" your place with the towel first thing in the morning. The bathroom in our room was a bit outdated and sometimes there were problems with the water temperature (either too cold or too hot).

We booked a sea-facing room, which was spacious, modern and well-designed. It was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. The hotel facilities are excellent, very organized and clean. The food in the all-inclusive was quite varied and decent. While it’s not high gastronomy, it is of good quality. Contrary to some reviews I read, I found the Wi-Fi to be quite stable and reliable, considering the number of guests and the size of the hotel. The signal even reached the beach. Yes, there are airplanes flying overhead, but it didn’t bother us at all, it’s actually very interesting. Given that it’s an island with a conveniently located airport, it’s expected that planes will pass overhead. The entertainment team is the heart of the hotel. They work six days a week, from morning till night, are always enthusiastic and in good spirits. A special shout-out to Leslie—management, hold onto this guy as long as you can; he’s the best! The restaurant and bar staff are also fantastic, always polite and smiling.

Unlike the rest of the team, the reception staff are not the friendliest.. depending on the situation, they can even be rude. I had a bad experience with two different staff members. Although the beach is right in front of the hotel, which is great, I found it a bit neglected. There are chairs and umbrellas available, but maintenance seems non-existent. They could at least clean up the debris and some trash that comes from the sea. Walking along the shoreline and comparing it with other nearby hotels, this one seems to be the most neglected in terms of beach maintenance.

The hotel was great and the staff was incredibly nice! We got a very good and solid room for the price that we paid (sea view even though we didn't pay for that). The food was excellent, there were many choices to choose from, the drinks on all inclusive were decent! The beach was beautiful and had an amazing view of the sunset, the water was warm and we enjoyed it. The pool was also warm and clean! There was a great animation team, every hour there was something exciting and fun to do, the evening's that they hosted were unbelievable and the animation team had a lot of energy till the end of the day and still were up for anything! I would like to give a special thanks to Felix ( the leader of the animation team ) for giving a shoutout to my daughter because it was her birthday and he really made that night special for her! The hotel was more than we expected! We loved and really enjoyed our stay there, and we are definitely going to stay there again!!!

Nothing, everything was great. The hotel was amazing. The weather was good.

Food was generally very good, especially the range of Greek options. Fresh salad and plenty of options of dips, cheese etc. Animation team very enthusiastic and arranged daily volleyball and waterpolo for the teenagers. Beach outside very rocky but clean water. Nothing much within walking distance but €8 shuttle bus runs to town regularly. Bat man in the terrace bar was lovely and really made our stay special.

Drinks were cheap and wine barely drinkable. Wouldn’t be too much to use good local wines. Far too many plastic cups used which then roll around the floor. Getting a sun lounger can be hard, all gone by 8am. Why can’t more be added? Also minor issues all over the hotel wity flickering bulbs, broken locks and chipping paint could easily be fixed.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. Firstly, the rooms are cleaned every day and the hotel was clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very good that there was a different food concept every day. So we did not have the same food every day. The food was good quality and delicious. There were people in the comments who were bothered by the noise of the planes, but we did not mind. On the contrary, it was fun to watch the planes. The energy of the animation team was great. In the evenings the activities finished on time and we had a good night's sleep. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the old town. We took a taxi from the harbour for 20€ and the hotel also has a shuttle to the old town. The round trip was the old town for 8€ per person. The hotel has been renovated and our room was new. We didn't have any problems with the sun beds and there was always a table available in the restaurant.

The beverages could have been of better quality.

The food was mostly very tasty and very varied. The atmosphere in the hotel is very fun and positive. The staff was very nice, kind and helpful. The manager of the kitchen and dining room was superb - very kind and helpful. We have a kid who cannot eat Lactoze and both him and the staff always made an effort to help with that and always with a smile. it was heart warming.

There was no hot water most of the time. we sometime had to shower in cold water. It could also be nice if there were some activities inside the hotel in case someone doesnt want to be outside all the time

A really great stay! Food was excellent with lots of options and varied most days. Pool area was spacious and accommodating for all ages. Kids loved the entertainment/ mini disco. I thought the hotel itself was nice, good decor, good layout and clean. Shuttle bus service to the old town, about 20min journey at a small cost. Overall this holiday was really good value for money, especially when comparing it to the Balearic Islands which was our yearly holiday destination previously.

I didn’t rate the alcohol selection, I am no snob when it comes to wine but theirs was awful. I didn’t think the cocktails faired much better, if you like your alcohol I would be mindful of this. The bathrooms were tired and could probably do with an upgrade soon. If your looking to build sandcastles the beach there isn’t for you, quite pebbly (much like most of the island I think), but the sea is nice for a quick dip.

We had a great experience during our stay. We like that airport is close. The sound of passing airplanes weren’t disturbing at all. We were upgraded to a family room which was really nice, clean and comfortable. It was on the grund floor so we could move easily with stroller. The staff are attentive, kind and helpful. We felt the we were welcomed. The restaurant has a big variety of delicious foods, every dinner has theme. There were a lot of programs by the animators. Overall we loved our stay at the hotel!
