Really friendly staff. Family run hotel and nothing too much trouble. We arrived on Greek night with fab dancing and Greek bbq buffet. Sheets were like satin they were so smooth. Very comfy bed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Greek and English food. Great cocktails. Only stayed one night as late arrival but really happy. Also went back as had left hat there and had lunch. Again great food and service

Close to the airport so when outside a lot of plane noise but once doors shut pretty quiet.

Exceptionally welcoming and pleasant staff and management! Felt very warm and welcome. Went the extra step to make each and every guest welcome despite this being a very busy time with full capacity.

This is just to do with the policy rather than the staff or welcome- the policy is that the guest bring their own tea/coffee/shampoo/conditioner etc. One has to be prepared for this as 4 star hotels all over the world make this provision. There was no slipper/bathrobe as advertised on website.

Staff is very helpfull. Property is very usefull with kids. Very close to the sea and pool save our lives.

I can only say that everything is very good but you should bring your own shampoo which is not very common at 4star hotel. There is a half shampoo half shower gel kind of thing hanging on the showers, but not enough.

Very close to the airport, bus stop nearby. Room was nice and clean, everything working properly. There's a small desk, together with convenient WiFi I worked pretty comfortably. Perfectly maintained grass around the swimming pool. Bar with plenty of space and good food. Personnel always smiling. Thank you :)

I didn't care about the sound of planes, but indeed, they fly low above your heads. Breakfast was pretty poor choice (I mean enough to satisfy hunger, but not to eagerly wait for it).

We spent a wonderful time in Matoula Beach hotel. Staff was amazing, always willing to make our stay perfect. We arrived sooner, in the morning, and they tried to make our room ready asap. Special thanks to housekeeping staff and their beautiful surprise for us. We had a very nice room with pool and sea view, very clean, with a great bathroom and terrace. The breakfast was tasteful. Hotel is close to the beach and not far from bus stop to the airport and Rhodes city.

Ants, the shower cabin leaking water and room doors letting the noise from the corridor in. Also an early and loud grass trimming.

It is in the landing zone of the airport. Well insulated rooms, but a bit annoying during the day at the pool.

Lovely quiet pool area. Wide and varied breakfast selection. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Shower rail needed attention. Cooked breakfast items were not kept hot and drinks machines were very poor ...both hot drinks and juice.

Swimming pool was amazing. Bit crowded but ok. Lots of space to rest near and get some tan. Bar very good. Drinks and food amazing. But the best was staff. Kind, helpfull and very nice. For sure will go back there with kids

Only one thing. I left some open sweets and found ants in morning 😔
