In short: Nice all inclusive hotel with good varied food, friendly staff and lots of activities. The hotel has fine pool areas and direct beach access. As with many ai hotels there is a lot of obese tourists fightning for sunbeds and white simple calories 😉 Improvement since last year: Better wifi and decaf nescafe. The room: We lived in a family room with twin beds and two couches for the kids which was suitable for four. There was enough room and housekeeping was fine. There's a small fridge. The food: There are two primary places to eat: The main restaurant where you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a snack bar close to the pool area where you can get pizza, simple hotdogs, moussaka, salad, fruit, drinks, and ice cream. The breakfast buffet is large and fine. Both at lunch and dinner you can get a lot of great food - both good local and international dishes. There's also plenty of salads and vegetables which makes it easy to eat varied and healthy food. The staff: They are always nice, smiling and accommodating, which impresses me, since they are working hard under the hot sun servicing and tidying after tourists that are not always well behaved. Keep up the good work! The activities: The animation team is doing a great job with kids' club, mini disco, shows, dart games, water polo, beach volley, aqua gym, morning yoga etc. Beach and pool area: Close to a beach with small stones and the most stunning sunsets. Loads of sunbeds. There are three pool areas with different levels of activities. The clientele: Mixed European families. As with many all inclusive hotels there is a lot of people racing for sunbeds in the morning and obese tourists that have no or at least different ideas of queueing culture. To a modest Scandinavian it can seem quite outrageous and offensive how some fellow tourists fill up their dishes once they reach the end of the line - and leave lots of uneaten food once they are full.

Fantastic location and the facilities are great value for money…. There’s a good selection of food and the drink quality is better than that of competing European countries. Its good value for money. It’s not fine dining but for a cheap getaway or family break it’s a winner. You could literally throw a stone from the swimming pool into the see. AWESOME. weather was fantastic every day.

My only criticism of the hotel is that they really need to manage sun beds. Its a busy hotel with lots of rooms but a limited number of sun beds. We arrived down at 8am for breakfast and there wasn’t one sun bed without a towel on it…. More annoying is that most of the morons didn’t arrive at the pool until after lunch. Its unrealistic to expect that humans will always be civil so the hotel need to do something on this front.

Very good experience and services for the money. Food was absolutely delicious, traditional and European, unless you eat just fish and chips and you don't try any other foods. We stayed 12 days as a family with 2 kids ( 11 and 14 years old). Loads of variety : fish, lamb chops, pork stew, duck, turkey, chicken, nuggets,sea food, etc, plenty of salads already made or you could just pick and mix. I saw the bad reviews about food and I was reluctant but I was very impressed ( if you go to a restaurant one meal is at least €15.00). Yes, coffee could be better, plenty of local beer and wine, spirit drinks nearly all day. The restaurant a la carte was amazing, very quiet and relaxing . You have 4 swimming pools, very animated, staff knows what they are doing, very friendly, they will help with any problem,very organised. Rooms were cleaned every 2 days but anytime I needed towels or something else I asked and was sorted. They have activity for kids and adults. Is very animated, you don't need to come out of resort,it is very safe, never felt that my girls are not safe. We stayed in Hermes, apparently is the new building but I have seen another room with the kitchinet and it did look OK. I feel reading the reviews people go to find mistakes not actually to enjoy their holidays. Yes maybe bits and bobs but nothing serious. Staff very friendly and professional. Everywhere is space for improvement but it is a big resort and they look after loads of people. I am very happy for what I found, nothing bad to say I don't really understand why people are so picky and they don't say the truth.

Beautiful beach, close to the hotel, lovely pool, and very delicious food with a wide selection for vegetarians.

I did not like the plastic disposable cups used for all drinks – they were flying around the beach and even ending up in the sea! In the 21st century, it should be possible to find a more sustainable solution, as many other hotels already do. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was not very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The gentlemen collecting the trash and the housekeeping ladies turned out to be the kindest people towards the guests. I have never encountered a situation where a beach towel is changed only once every three days?! That is very unhygienic.

We were very lucky to be given a sea view ground floor room (we booked land/garden) our view was delightful. With the relax pools combined with the huge main pool there’s a place for every preference and every mood. It’s a windy area which helps keep you cool in 30+ degrees sun. Located directly on the sea was a huge bonus with windsurfing straight outside. The staff are all friendly pleasant helpful and accommodating. The animation team were entertaining. The food was plentiful with a good variety and nicely laid out, plenty of seating and time availability.

We would recommend secure beach shoes if entering the sea and take your own beach/pool towel as a back up.

Location was excellent - only 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms were large and clean and facilities were generally ok Plus the bech was just behind the hotel which was nice.

Not happy that the gym was closed. Apparently since covid! Not sure why that is?

We were in the furthest section from the main hotel, but it meant we shared a huge swimming pool with only 32 other rooms. Pool was never crowded and we always had loungers. Also a pool bar to ourselves as no one who wasn't in our section would use it. The room itself was better than expected. It had 2 rooms with the bathroom area between the two, so kids will be separated from parents, unlike one room with a sleeper couch, which is what we were expecting. Food was good. Great selection and variety daily. Breakfast was pretty much the same each day, enough variety to change it up if you want. When they say beach front hotel, you couldn't get closer. The water was 20 meters from the pool area. Would definitely stay here again

The entertainment was pretty uninspiring, but maybe just me. There is a bit of shopping and restaurants very nearby so we walked around there in the evening. TV was not worth having in the room. We watched Netflix on a laptop. The beds were very firm... My wife and daughter did not sleep well despite requesting a new mattress or pillow, these did not come.

Great food, big variety in their buffet, not the same everyday. Many pools, different style and options.

Some items, furniture etc are a bit old, still functional but that was not a problem as everything was really clean.

Food was delicious: every time different kinds of meat and fish, veggies and fruits The hotel itself is really lovely: extensive green clean territory, 2 big swimming pools and 1 for kids. The rooms are old but renovated. Beach: sunbeds and umbrellas are free. The path from the hotel to the beach is really short and no road with cars (as it is usually in other hotels). Staff: is friendly, speaks English. We had a special request for the room, they did their best, etc. Location: It is really close to the airport and the main city of Rhodos

Beach: the entrance to the sea is with big stones and it is quickly deep. So better to take swimming shoes with you. With a small child, it was difficult to enter and we had to swim in the depth with the child. so not optimal for small kids. Since it is close to the airport, you can hear plans coming for landing. It is a problem to sleep with an open window, but after a couple of days with a closed window, it was no longer a problem.
