The staff was very friendly (especially Sheryl at the front desk and the ladies in the morning at the front desk as well as the nice cleaning lady by the elevator that greeted me). The entrance, halls and room were clean and seemed to be taken care of regularly.

The only issue we had the whole time we were there was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. In the morning I switch the switch to Celsius from Fahrenheit and it seemed to do the trick, but it was set the way it was when we got there.

Could close curtains at my window so people from outside can see inside my room when it was dark outside and light on inside. That was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was great. Also it will be great to have bottle of water in the room it will definitely add positive experience

I loved how friendly and patient the front desk staff were and the hotel was nice and clean.

The breakfast area was busy with a lot of guests which made the wait a bit long and the options served hot were just eggs, sausage patties and waffles. One suggestion would be to have all the warm food options readily available for easy self serving and to decrease wait times. Another thing to mention was when we first got in the room, it smelled a little dusty as though it wasn’t used in a little while. It just needed airing out a bit.

We were very pleased with this hotel, everything was new and clean. The breakfast and check-in areas were very welcoming.

The only thing negative I would have to say is that the lady working in the breakfast area was not very ambitious or friendly. The garbage was overflowing, and she would bring out 4 sausage patties at a time, and there was a lineup waiting for refills.

Breakfast was not great. Trying to cut sausage with no knife and eat it with a wooden fork was laughable. Waffle batter was empty and fake cream was disgusting. The staff was incredible and super friendly.

AC unit in room was very loud with lots of rattles. We had to shove a towel under the cover to get some sleep.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We like the more quiet location away from the highway when we stay in Sarnia and being close to the waterfront for morning walks. Breakfast options are generous with bacon, eggs, and waffles as well as cereals, fresh fruit, toast bread, muffins and hot & cold drinks. something for everyone.

Since you’re close to the harbour and depending on ship activity you may hear the drone of engines running all night. It quickly becomes a background white noise but bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive.

Really nice staff. Provided all we need even we arrived at 3 am. Good location, right next to the bridge. Room is clean and new. Breakfast is included so it’s also what we need especially when there is no restaurant we can walk to.

The noise from the highway is too loud.

Internal decoration, comfort, breakfast, kind staff, lounge area. The inside area of the hotel and the rooms seems to be recently renovated and are well maintained. Breakfast runs from 6 am to 10 am.

The outside of the property is not so “renovated” as its interior, and the proximity of the highway provides a not so nice view. But this did not impact the satisfaction of our stay. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and renovated. Everything was clean and in great condition. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and everything you need for a night away. The breakfast was also a great bonus and there is a snack area near the front desk which was very convenient.

The only negative was the bathroom was a bit of a tight fit but it was very nicely renovated and clean so it is only a small negative.

The staff were amazingly helpful and changed my room when I found it to be not cleaned

The fridge had someone’s old food it in and smelled bad, the side tables were not cleaned and not in position / it was obvious the room had not been cleaned to completion
