Everything was exceptional nice and clean, staff members where very nice and polite. They greeted us with pleasure and attentive attitude. Over all our experience was very delightful and perfect. Our room was very spacious, and it had a beautiful view.

The only thing I didn't like was that our suite didn't have a couch to rest and watch TV or a desk to work on. And the huge windows where missing curtains so the bright light would come in and bother us a little bit. We stayed at room 1147.

We love the location and the staff here at the Krystal. They have made some very nice updates and seem to be constantly trying to improve. The hotel is kept clean. Cconsidering it's a beach resort that is no small task! I also felt comfortable and safe! It's our 4th time to Ixtapa and our 3rd at the Krystal. We'll be back!

Nothing worth mentioning!

The location was great, the hotel very nice, the food very good (mostly Mexican in the mornings and afternoons, and some international cuisine as theme dinners at night), and the pool pleasantly warm and not cold at all. As a Mexican myself, I can say that I enjoyed my stay here very much and my whole family feels the same way. The hotel organised many activities, such as a free dolphin show, dance classes, etc.

The drinks were not good at all, I've been in many all-inclusive hotels and I can say the drinks were bad bad bad. So this really downgrades a bit the full experience of an all-inclusive hotel.

The food was fantastic. Real mexican food and tasty. My kids loved playing in the ocean with the waves more than Cancun because the water was clean and no rocks to step on. We even went for a run barefoot early in the morning. The sand felt great in your feet.

Elevators closed on us a few times so we had to watch for it. Miscommunication between departments. They need a better customer service by phone and by e-mail. There was a misunderstanding with my payment and supposedly they cancelled my reservation but other department said they didn't do it was very stressful before getting there. Once I was there it was a good experience but the misunderstanding and stress prior to it would have been better if they would have communicated better between departments and if they had a prompt response team.

Excellent amenities and good food quality overall.

I dont like some policies, like if you loose your towel cards you are going to be charged $30 USD each one, same if you loose your keys. You are suppose to relax and this doesn't help. Also, if you have kids you have to take dinner reservations at 7 at most, and you have to be like 15 minutes before, with no swimming clothes. So that means that you have to leave the beach and/or pools at 6 at most, way before sunset. And the pools close at 8 pm so you can't even get to the pools after dinner. Bad policies for night owl people like us.

The service is impressive, impeccable. Thanks to Candido that welcomed us and made us feel at home, thanks to Hilario and Nadia for making everything possible so that we could make the most out of my boyfriend's family visiting us. Shout-out to Aranza for making a special evening possible; we will share these memories forever. Thank you. The rooms are a good size, the view is great, the bed is so comfortable, the shower has good pressure, hot water.

The bathrooms at reception and close to the gym are not the cleanest, and the pool area is very busy, because it's a small place for the number of rooms. Victor and Juan were great for service, though. And I loved the slide!!!! The food is ok: the buffet so-so and the one close to the beach was closed so I don't know if that would have offered us more options. The ceviches around the pool were very good, and the snack bar is ok too. The best is without a doubt the specialty restaurants - the Italian one was just great. We really enjoyed Bogart as well, beautiful and good food. I think the price we paid was a little high, but they seem to have deals and discounts so taking the time to shop it would clearly make it a better deal.

Location was excellent. Staff was excellent and service was terrific. Beach access was excellent.

Showers a little small. Could use hand held shower heads. Could use a mini fridge in the rooms More palapas on the beach!

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and respectful. The ceviche bar is excellent!

Check in was delayed due to rooms not being ready. The hotel is very short staffed making the poor employees do the work of three people each. not a big variety of food in buffet

Food: All was good, fruit fantastic, OJ the best in the world. Great room, view, and shower. CNN great. Reading ideal.

Hot water in the sink.

Loved that is was beachfront and everything was easily accessible. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. I loved that they had different restaurants onsite and even a taco truck!
