The location is very good, at 8 minutes from La Ropa Beach. The pool is big und clean. The bathrooms were very spacious.

There is no garden next to the pool. The pillows were too thick. Most rooms don't have a terrace.

The hotel staff made all the difference. They were very flexible with their check in and check out times, accommodated our schedules. Our king suite was huge. The pool at the hotel was great for cooling down in the 30+ degrees heat. The proximity to a couple of restaurants and an OXXO store made the stay convenient. La Ropa beach was just a few minutes easy walk away.

They have a pool table that we tried once. The table is positioned weird, too close to the walls and windows, it was impossible playing a game properly.

The staff here is very good . They are very helpful with any request. Knowing some Spanish will go a long way when communicating . Rooms a comfortable and bright.

Had to ask for replacement towels for the room. Some days room cleaning took a long time, which was inconvenient if you needed to use your room. Showers are just warm. Be very sure about your room description when booking. The pictures on booking.com are of the entire hotel and will not match your actual room , if it says sitting area they mean a small chair in the corner.

This boutique hotel is in a great location (5-minute walk to La Ropa Beach) and very well-maintained. We stayed in a King suite with a balcony, very spacious and modern (large flatscreen tv, waterfall shower). Isabel and her staff were all friendly, helpful, and very efficient.

If I could see one thing added, I’d suggest an ice making machine for guest convenience. Another nice addition would be ceiling fans for the upper level balconies.

It was very spacious and clean with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was right on the bus route to the beach or downtown for only .50 a ride which ran constantly. This also applied to taci service. Stores and restaurants were nearby. The pool was clean snd refreshing. Wifi worked great, beds were comfy. Centrally located. I would highly recommend.

We were able to reserve one of the 4 suites that had cooking facilities. That made it great for our style of travel. Great staff. Well thought out and constructed building. Convenient to many decent restaurants... two within eyesight. On the mini-bus route to Zihuatanejo city center and within eyesight of a taxi stand. Five minute walk to the beach

The staff was super friendly, very helpful, cheerful and nice. Room is very nice, large tv, great balcony, good shower. There are water dispensers to fill up your bottles too! Pool is a good size. Beach is about a 5 minute walk, and you have an oxxo store across the street and a pizza place two doors down. Airport is also very near.

No restaurant or food in the establishment, but you can walk to the pizza place or oxxo or there are two restaurants across the street as well

It was about a 10 min walk to the beach, not bad at all. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely. The pool area was great and the room we had was spacious and super comfortable. We only stayed one night driving through but it was a great spot and we'd recommend it! The host was very attentive and looked after us the entire time we were there.

Beach towels, hairdryer etc. were all kept at the front desk which was a little bit annoying, but nothing we couldn't manage :)

Clean and well-designed new-ish small hotel. Centrally-located close enough to the beach on the primary street serving the Playa La Ropa area. It was very clean and the ever-present staff was very kind and professional. Overall, a nice + quiet + secure + very functional feel. We would both recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

The 2 bed units do not have an outdoor area/deck, which we did not pick up on when booking...though that's all they had available anyway. Feels like sort of an odd design choice. Visiting in January as we did (when the weather is "cool"), we'd have liked to have had one to relax al fresco. Our bad, but something to keep in mind when selecting your room.

The room was spacious with living area, kitchen and outdoor patio. Hotel Staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. The location was convenient can walk to the beach or take collectivo or taxi to central area.
