I travel a lot and this is one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! I saw people commenting about things being a little “rustic”, which did worth me a little but the imperfections are what make this place so precious. So there are a couple of cracked tiles here and there, who cares?! You have a perfect location, beautiful views, and the friendliest staff who go out of their way to help you. Wifi was a little spotty in my room, but if you are not there to work all day it’s perfectly fine!

We loved the location! A short walk to La Ropa and all the bars and restaurants! Taxi's were right at the corner. The owners were there to greet us when we arrived and very friendly and helpful. I wasn't prepared for 43 steps to our first room with no elevator though! After a couple of days they did move us to another room which cut down 11 steps and was a much better, open room! They moved us at no additional charge. Very accommodating!

Steps, but in Zihu, they are everywhere! The front desk was not staffed most of the time, had other friendly staff around, but they did not understand English enough to answer questions. The owners were just a phone call away though. Nothing was so bad to prevent us from coming back for 3 weeks in 2023! :-)

It is a smaller place close to the La Rope beach.Covid hit them pretty hard so they have not completed some improvements that had been started. We liked it and most likely will go back next year. We scouted several nearby properties and like this one. It does have stairs to get to the rooms that have a view but I'm 67 and have too much gravitational pull but I did fine with them. Some rooms do not have a view and of course cost less.

I look forward to seeing what he has done by next year because improvements are fun but construction is not.

Very close to beach, (2 minute walk). Very quiet at night. Loungers around the pool were extremely comfortable, pool quite large & clean, a little cooler but very refreshing as it is very hot in Zihuatanejo. The king size bed was very comfortable, air conditioning in the bedroom worked well.

The kitchen was not very well equipped, had to ask for a toaster, hardly any pots, pans, utensils etc. Stove & fridge worked fine but quite old. There was no microwave oven, blender worked but quite old. Chairs around the kitchen table were quite uncomfortable. It seemed rather odd to have a plunge pool right beside the kitchen. The suite would really benefit from some upgrades in the kitchen & bathroom areas.

No breakfast …tons a walk away . Location excellent ! Owner & family and staff very friendly & accommodating! Was somewhat pricy ! Spent four weeks and we’re satisfied ! Bathroom & shower area very tight ..need new shower head & long time for warm water .. but so hot there a cold shower isn’t so bad !

Pay more you can find better ..value for location we were satisfied !

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Noisy, noisy, noisy.

The room was dark, no lights bulbs out . When you flushed the toilet the small bathroom flooded, they couldn’t give us a key to open the , they replaced , but did not worth! No towels! The photos don’t look anything like the property! Not even water A place to avoid! Not even worth 59 pesos a night! We have had a home in Mexico for 40 years! Horrible! There should give us a hotel credit for 4 miserable days! We asked a king sized bed and a balcony! They gave us a pitched dark room with keys that didn’t work, the help was accommodating, but what could they do? We als had another Queen sized bed ! 2 people! Thanks

the treatment of the person who received me, he charged me more and the room they gave me is very different from the one that was offered to me
