Great location, beach was clean with very few vendors, and they stayed outside perimeter. No high pressure to buy activities or other services, but they were available when wanted. Food was authentic and tasty.

I found property online through Booking.com, and it was advertised for my stay at $3.6K if I placed reservation now, but when I clicked link, the cost was over $8k. When I inquired why, it took a week to get told that it was a seasonal price. That should have been on website. Also, I clicked on interested in ride from airport and never received callback or text, so I broke a driver on my own. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Everything at this property is exceptionally maintained. There are many variation of room and amenities. The food was truly wonderful. Staff were so nice, friendly, personable. And the beach was right in front with ample quantity of lounges with shade.

I couldn’t find a negative. We wanted to find a little convenient store, which was a 6 minute walk.

Right on the beach. 2 restaurants and multiple bars on site. The staff was very helpful with anything you needed.

Nothing wrong

We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, and I have to say that this is one of the best. The location is spectacular, just steps away from La Ropa Beach. The food at the hotel is also excellent, some of the best food we’ve had in Mexico. Our room was gorgeous, and modern, and the amenities they offer, including of water and coffee is a great touch. The best part for us were the wonderful staff including: Gregorio, Jorge, Hector, Bruno (who gave us some wonderful recommendations for places to eat and go), Bernet, Juan (who was that whenever we wanted a beer, place to see, something to eat), Victor (who is the nicest guy in the World, and couldn’t have done more for us!), Ili, and Jacobo. There are probably some more we’re missing out. We can’t recommend this place enough. A perfect vacation.

Beautiful property right on the beach. The outdoor shower was absolutely amazing. The pools, the beach, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful, relaxing vacation spot. We ate the majority of our meals at the Hao restaurant. Every single meal was a 5 star experience. Some of the best meals we have ever had while on vacation. The staff was so accommodating and friendly.

Like, very professional hotel, great food food and beverage service, quality menu, well maintained facility. Some cons, at night the internet was weak approx 1 bar of service. Also the taxi to the hotel could only be purchased via collectivo, no individual taxis which was very expensive.

Breakfasts options were good. Anything we ordered was very good. All staff were super friendly, service was excellent. Lawn furniture was very comfortable. Loved the extra touch of a dining table and two chairs adjacent to our loungers. Very nice to order lunch service and sit comfortably at a table rather than eat off your lap in a lounger or have to go to the beach restaurant daily. ALSO my wife left her IPAD in the room after we checked out and were at the Airport, when hotel txted us to advise they had sent the device in a taxi to the airport. Gave us taxi #, company and to meet driver outside. We were so appreciative we paid him generously.

We had a swim up suite. It was perfect, other than the one set of sliding doors that open to the walkway, stopped locking after a day. Maintenance came and fixed it, however within a day it was back to NOT locking.

It is a stunning property and the perfect location for staying in Zihuatanejo. The staff was so attentive and very nice.

My room air conditioner was loud but I just decided it was white noise at night. The room was otherwise excellent.

The breakfast was good. Good pillows. Great staff. Facilities on the beach were wonderful as was the food service there. Loved the fish tacos.

The restaurants at dinner need a bit more variety. Food was good but not exactly comfort food. Would like to have seen more traditional Mexican, not so fancy, at one of the restaurants at least. In our room, the only sitting was 2 chairs. The room could have used a comfortable love seat or padded chairs with ottomans and outside, it would have been nice to have a lounge or chair/ottoman.

The location is not super close to the downtown area of Zihua, and probably a 5-10m taxi ride. The resort itself was exceptional and we loved almost everything about it. The pools are clean, the rooms are well-designed and spacious, and the food and drinks were also tasty. Staff was very nice and accommodating as well.

Very expensive. Prices are like San Francisco/New York City.
