The gardens and stone pool area are very beautiful. It was relaxing sitting amongst the well-pruned trees and beautifully manicured gardens. The pool, artistically created with individual stones, is especially nice, and enjoyable for a refreshing swim! Our double room was a good size with adequate space for our luggage, and also an area for hanging clothes.

During our stay there were a few days when it was very busy around the pool when registered guests were entertaining friends who visited the property. There were no chairs or loungers available during those times.

We loved this little hotel for a two week stay! Two pools and beautiful park-like setting next to the jungle and hills of Zihuatanejo. The staff were friendly and attentive. The grounds, gardens and facilities were meticulously maintained, and the staff kept our room clean, tidy and well supplied, including fresh flowers! The location featured a short walk to Playa La Ropa, combi's and taxis to town, an Oxxo, and restaurants including Las Adelitas, and Cafe Umma for morning coffee :-) We would love to come back. Gracias to our wonderful hosts and staff!

Pretty hotel with lovely swimming pool. Lovely , well kept grounds.Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good size and came with an outdoor kitchen on the patio,which came in very handy. I would recommend this hotel. Good restaurants close by. Pizza place just around the corner and restaurant El Manglar were very good.

Friendly and attentive staff. We loved the clean and comfortable room with kitchenette and balcony with beautiful view of gardens. Grounds, pool and tropical gardens were meticulously kept and were a perfect place for a relaxing afternoon, or evening swim.

You can see birds and butterflies in their garden, which is just lovely. A nice safe place to spend your evening. The pools were lovely and clean, I had a fridge in my room, and a little balcony that looked right into the forest. The compi (mini bus) drops you off almost at the hotel door. It's only 13 pesos to go into town and they run all the time.

It was a walk to the beach, but the beautiful atmosphere made it ok.

only 8 lounge chairs for all the guests We were in room 20 and the stairwell light shone into our room all night. They should take out the window in the room facing the hallway or invest in some light blocking curtains. On our second day construction was started in the lower front rooms, drilling and hammering for a good portion of the day totally destroying any peace or relaxation around the front pool.

The pool, the kitchen, very little stairs, clean and very friendly, good value.

Wish it was closer to the beach, however it would probably be out of our price range then lol.

The location is excellent, at 8 minutes from the beach. The garden is beautiful, both pools are very pleasant. Very comfy pillows.

Some rooms don't have a kitchen.

Lovely building and grounds, extremely clean and tidy and very gracious staff. Gorgeous pool and very nice picnic tables in coveted areas. Great patios with fans.

Minimal amenities in small bathroom. Could have used some hooks or a shelf or a toilet roll holder. Not much counter space. Chaise lounges at pool not very comfortable - cushions slide right off them.

Beautiful garden setting, 2 pools, place to bbq, lovely staff, great location- easy walk to Playa La Ropa, quiet neighborhood.

Would have preferred a firmer pillow.
