I love this hotel! Especially the staff was super-friendly and helpful. It was the second time I stayed here. I loved being able to step out of my room directly into the pool area. It's just a walk of a few minutes to Playa La Ropa which is my favorite beach in the area. The staff even gave me an individual refrigerator for my room! Daily cleaning was awesome! I will definitely come back.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Close to restaurants and OXXO. About a ten min walk to the beach. We booked a week again for 2026!

Mexican beds are too hard! There wasn’t drinking water in the room so we bought a big jug and lugged it from the OXXO. Didn’t feel close that night.

I love this little hotel. It's a family operated gem just five minutes walk to La Rosa beach. The staff are warm and welcoming and the clientele tend to be very friendly and down-home folks. Pool is wonderful and the outdoor communal kitchen is a bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!! Thank you Juan, Olofio and Roberto.

Loved the pool and having a patio beside it. Olofio was very helpful and the cleaning lady did a lovely job in my room. Sound really travels through the hallway and sliding glass doors but it wasn't too much of an issue.

The Wifi was intermitant in my room, #6.

the rooms were comfy, I had good wifi, the tv worked well. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i liked that the lobby had a water jug for water bottle fills. it is very close to the beach. 5 minute walk. it has a great restaurant right next door and across the street is a jungle pizza!

the rooms were quite musty and you could smell cigarettes in the hall ways from other rooms. i think this place could use a few touch ups with paint jobs. The rooms didn’t have a fridge. but they were very friendly and brought one for me!

The staff and owner are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a little home away from him with an outdoor communal kitchen, lovely pool, garden and hammocks, and it’s a 5 minute walk to La Ropa beach. Can’t be beat!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and well decorated, with a comfortable bed. it was a short walk to the beach, but without the foot traffic of being on the beach.

The kitchen could have had better pans and utensils. one should arrive with food if they are going to cook, because there are not any groceries nearby.

Proximity to beach, quiet, secure, clean swimming pool. Excellent staff. Clean rooms and grounds.

The fan could use cleaning , and air conditioner didn't have a controller. Internet marginal.

Small hotel with quiet location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sat on our deck every morning listening to the birds. Had a fridge in our room which was great!

Water pressure was a little low in the shower but not a deal breaker

Helpful staff, great location, comfortable bed, clean.

Could do with some fresh paint, but clean and good value
