The staff is extremely friendly, one of the few hotels where staff payed attention to every detail, spoke very nice and were very efficient. The room was very big, the breakfast good, the fried eggs were the best. And at the breakfast there was a lady serving us that was amazing, very polite and careful for our wellbeing at the table

The water at the pool was too cold. The beds in the room are two beds, not a big one and this created a little bit of discomfort while sleeping

Great location, excellent facilities, and choice of restaurants. The food was brilliant overall. The Fuchsbau is definitely a worthwhile treat! The room was clean and comfortable.

The paprika chicken in Cervus restaurant is not to the same standard as the rest of the menu. Also, there is an offer st rhe hotel that children can stay for free, therefore, lots of noisy, young children (and dogs) at the hotel.

Great lakeside location, good breakfast and GREAT indoor pool area. Great to have warm swim and be able to look out onto the snowy grounds.

The temperature of the bedrooms at night was unbearably hot. Asked reception for them to adjust but there wasn’t much difference. Had to open the window in the end. Also the ‘skip the cleaning’ option in the touch pad could be made reversible.

We upgraded to a Duplex Suite after arriving and loved it! It had 2 floors - one with a sitting area and powder room and the upstairs had the bedroom and bathroom with shower and bath. Both floors had a balcony and a view of the golf course. Breakfast was fantastic! It had everything one could want and made to order eggs (omelettes, etc.). The golf course was handy - right at the property, but was, in my opinion, not worth playing (it was a 9 hole course that had poor grass on the fairways). There were limited underground parking spots that we were able to use every night. Overall great stay!

Exceptionally good hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was very clean, the spa/swimming pool facilities were perfect, and the bar-restaurant was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us at all times, especially Diana that helped us with many recommendations during our breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon.

Lovely location to access the Austrian Lake District and Salzburg

Hotel wanted more than we paid for our stay as a deposit, totally ridiculous, never had that at any other hotel stay

This was an outstanding experience at the hotel. Everything was right as it should be. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, very spacious and having all the necessary facilities. The view is extraordinary, even if ours was on the side, we could enjoy the view from the balcony. The breakfast is abundant as well. We enjoyed also the pool area, gym and spa all of which were very clean and up to date.

There is nothing we could complain about and our stay was just right and as it should be. The location is about 25 minutes car drive from the centre of Salzburg, but this is what we booked as it is in the heart of nature surrounded by trees and beautiful landscapes.

Amazing, large rooms and very clean. The property was beautiful with private access to the lake. The breakfast was fantastic and breakfast staff were our favourite, especially Diana!

The in-room TV information suggested that massages were available in the spa/wellness centre, however this is not a service they provide.

The Breakfast was fantastic, a huge variety of options for all tastes! The staff was also very nice and awlays ready to help. The welness area was also really nice with many options including Finnish sauna and steam bath. The rooms were clean with comfortable mattresses. Overall would totally recommend and would gladly visit again!

The main restaurant of the hotel is closed on monday and tuesday. The secondary bar-restaurant, while offering good finger food, has a very limite choice. In general both restaurants offer good quality food but they are quite overpriced. In the area around there are almost no other restaurants where to eat and most are closed on monday.

The property is nice , aesthetically pleasing to the eye .

The hotel is spread out with not enough decor running through the corridors . There is almost a vacant feeling walking around . The indoor pool temp is too cold . I did read other reviews mentioning it . The staff are helpful and attentive. If you get the chance to eat at the restaurant, I would highly recommend it . Breakfast is exceptional in the morning .
