We stayed here for 6 nights and I can definitely say it was a great experience. We had our room upgraded as a gift to a larger apartment with an amazing balcony that had a wonderful view towards the Leonganger Steinberge and for this I am very grateful! The apartment was equipped with everything necessary, was spacious, clean and had a great view of the mountains from the bed. There is plenty of parking space outside, but also including a parking garage which also has a bike deposit room for bike storage, and a bike wash station at the entrance to the hotel. You can also rent bikes directly at the hotel. Unfortunately we did not use the spa services as ours was mostly a biking trip, but everything looked very good in this regard. The hotel is situated very close to the Steinbergbahn lift (2-3 minutes by bike) which can be used to get to the top of the routes of the bike park (bike transport included of course) and if you take the Hangman II trail while descending you will exit very close to the hotel. We also had the benefit of the Saalfelden-Leogang card which provides 2 trips/day with all the lifts in the area, and a lot of other facilities (this was of great help as ticket passes for the lift are rather expensive). The breakfast was very good, diverse, quality food; the food in the restaurant was also great (probably the best schnitzel out of all the ones of tried in the area). The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are searching for a holiday biking adventure this is definitely a great place to stay and I will very likely be back next year!

Really not much I can say that I didn't like... but if I had to say one thing it would be to suggest to the room cleaning services to come a bit later as they usually came between 9 and 10 am. But I understand that there are a lot of rooms to clean and can be difficult with only so many people and this really wasn't much of an issue.

Excellent Accommodations and Outstanding Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel during my trip. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well-appointed. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured high-end furnishings and amenities. The bed was incredibly plush and provided a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with a powerful rainfall shower. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Every interaction I had, from check-in to checkout, was marked by warm, friendly, and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was promptly addressing a minor issue in my room or offering excellent dining recommendations, the staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The hotel's location was also highly convenient, situated close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're seeking a truly exceptional hotel experience, complete with superb accommodations and unparalleled service, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

The day before our departure a neighbor decided to muck hid field by manure and the smell was really ugly - no chance to sleep with open window... But this is no hotel's fault..😉

Very charming, elegant and clean. All staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, nice and helpful. We loved our restaurant host Franjo that made our dinners extra enjoyable. Location is wonderful at the very top of the street, next to a farm and very close to the Berghouse cable station. Good facilities for mtbikers.

This exceptional hotel has many amenities. Its perfect localization allows you to promptly get to many interesting places (outdoor activities, hiking, climbing, walking, biking ). In the hotel, there is a restaurant serving delicious, varied dishes a la carte for dinner and an exclusive breakfast where everyone can find something for himself.

This is amazing place and we loved everything! We arrived late, but key box was arranged for us and we could enter our room really quickly. Breakfast was very generous with hot choices available tailored to your own choice. Family room was very comfortable, stylish and well arranged. We loved sanarium and sauna and possibility to go straight to the snow. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!

Flawless stay

Very friendly personal (reception, cleaners, restaurant), the variety of food during breakfast is great as well the fact that they prepare scrambled eggs or an omelet using an a la carte concept.

Great apartment in beautiful surroundings. Bike friendly. Free indoor garage. Nice spa (no pool). Short drive/ride to the bike park in Leogang. Free gondola rides as part of the stay.
