The location one the best in Zellamsee all your needs are around it. I like bathroom equipped with SHATAF. The things honestly like in this hotel all front desk stuff especially the Manager SALMAH & AUGESTO are very cooperative people. I like having charge washing machines. I very much think full providing summer card.

I stay almost 6 days but room service was not clean my rooms nor changed towels at all since this is hotel policy where I suggest to providing towels every two days.

The hotel was in a great location as we arrived by train and it was only a 2 minute walk! It was very close to all the shops and there were plenty of places to eat. We were also close to the city express cable car and as we received a free Summer Card from Alpen Central Parks we were able to use all the cable cars for free to get up the mountain behind the hotel. It was great fun to ride the cable cars and enabled us to go hiking in the mountains which are so beautiful in the summer. We had an apartment which was well kitted out so we could make some meals ourselves. The beds were also very comfortable!

Some of our bedding sheets and duvet covers were quite stained which was a bit off putting!

Location of the property

There are small wood bugs on the furniture and there are also small ants near the sink.

The location is perfect for easy access to all sites. Very accessible to train and bus station. Summer card is an additional bonus that reduce our cost on visiting most of the key places.

The staff was not aware that we have a parking space allocated and didn’t bother to check in first place. Without prior checking she charged us 6£ per day. However after showing the proof she refunded the money. But it’s unfortunate that she was not aware of this basic in first place.

These apartments are very close to the small town of Zell am see, a 3 min walk and you are near the restaurants and bars. The Spar supermarket is a 2 min walk. The apartment was very comfortable and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The underground car is a plus. I would definitely recommend.

Some of the guests did not appreciate that other people were on holiday also and they spoke extremely loud and smoked near the reception entrance, my apartment was just above the main entrance. Also some of the guests were loud in the hallways. A sign asking guests to keep quiet in hallways, outside would be helpful in a number of languages.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend the one bedroom apartment, it is very spacious for two people, fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner each day. The sofa area was perfect after a long day of skiiing. Bathroom include both separate shower and bath that offered a body wash lotion. Balcony area had a great view on the slopes and mountains! Ski depot was perfect to store skis etc, however if you rent with Bründl you are able to store all equipment closer to the slopes (saves walking around town with skis).

TV channels was a poor selection and Netflix was not possible on the TV. Apartment is not cleaned whilst your staying there and fresh towels are not provided unless requested. Church bells at 7am each morning can be heard, but not a problem unless your a light sleeper.

The one bedroom apartment was quite big, the bedroom was separated from the living room, which was super comfortable. Doors between rooms were quite good isolated. The kitchen had everything needed (we travel with the baby and the dog, so kitchen was essential for us). We were also provided with a bowl and a soft pillow for our dog and a cot for the baby. Also it was very very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The building also has a laundry room. Location is great.

It was super hot inside the apartment. We turned off all the heating and still, some nights we couldn’t sleep because it was very hot. We opened and closed windows several times a day (in December), still didn’t help… Breakfast experience: apparently we came in low season and were the only ones who ordered breakfast the first morning. The guy in the restaurant continued to hurry us up saying that he opened the restaurant just because of us. We wanted to have breakfast separately within the breakfast time 8-10am (so someone can stay in the apartment with the baby and the dog), but the guy in the restaurant was very direct that we have to come together so he can close the restaurant shortly. I rushed with the baby in my arms and had to leave the dog alone. We felt very unwelcome.

The location was perfect, near the center. Zell Lake is only 8 minutes walk. The apartment was amazing containing 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and a kitchen and a living area. The apartment was fully furnished, and the kitchen was filled with all the supplies including a dishwasher. There was only 1 bathroom that has a hose in it. Overall, I do recommend.

The internet wasn't working at all. The bed sheets were dirty and needed to be changed, so we brought our own bed sheets and changed them immediately.

Great location right in the middle of everything, but still quiet and easy accessible by car. Great parking and charging faciliies for EV. Spacious appartments. The staff was pleassant and very serviceminded. The view towards Schmitten was beautiful. We would love to come back again, either the whole family ...or just us grown ups alone on a romantic get away. The Zell am See Summer Card was included for the whole family ...amazing possibilities. Do not miss to use the fantastic opportunities this cards provides - A big money saver.
