spa is fantastic (great temperature of water in the pool - warm enough to go there comfortably but not too warm so that it is still quite refreshing, really nice facilities like various saunas/aroma steam-rooms/hot stones room and more), breakfast was good, and location is amazing if you want to ski/snowboard, mineral water directly from the tap in a room (have not seen that anywhere else, we were pleasantly surprised, that is really nice!)

wifi in a room was bit "weird" (e.g. some web-sites did not work as they should, like could not check-in on easyjet if using hotel wifi, but did that on mobile internet) and not always reliable; spa closes 8pm - would be nice to extend this to 10pm, as it is really nice :)

Really liked the spa facilities, excellent! Breakfast altough seemed a lot, because we dont eat pork or ham based products we could not have any meat in our omelettes or no sausages etc Room - we had major internet problems on the first two days but then it seemed sorted, i asked for a room with a walk in shower, my colleague had just died a week before from a fall, i have bursitis and was told i need to pay another 1000 pounds for another room, which i could not do. So because i did not indicate at the beginning there was nothing they were willing to do other than me pay a lot of more money to stay. this was very disappointing for sucha hotel. The bath is very high and hence i could not get into the bath to shower without my husbands help, which is really not acceptable at all. This was very disappointing.

Good facilities! The spa area was very well setup, good fitness suite and the restaurant served really great food.

The location is not the best. Although it is close to one of the ski lifts and funicular, it is set by this main road which makes the rooms to the front very exposed to the heavy traffic noise. Also, the internet WiFi signal is very poor throughout the facility, specially in the bedroom, so, if like me, you are using your holidays to make some work planning or just want to access your Netflix account to watch a movie than it is not ideal.

The hotel itself is huge, wonderful, has a very good location . The food is fresh. Spa-zone is really amazing . The room for 1 person is really big, the balcony is long with a lovely view. Massage in the beauty centre is fantastic

The restaurant: at 9 in the morning and in 20:00 in the evening you have to eat the rest without a big choice of dishes that you have at 8:00 and 19:00 the breakfast is served till 10:00 and the dinner till 21:30) The room: All night there was a pounding in the heating radiators The personal: I forgot the charger for my laptop in the room, called the hotel and waiting for their call back 2 days long. We did not put a tip on the bill in the restaurant, expecting to leave a tip when checking out of the hotel for the entire time. What was the surprise when at check-out in the bill for 1 dinner not my hand was written in the tip of 3 euros (to obviously round up the bill). It's such a small thing, but speaks about not very good

Really very friendly and caring staff! Since it was my friend's birthday, I had asked in advance if flowers could be organised and the staff member I had communicated with selected a most beautiful bouquet 👌🏻😍 thank you so much! The Spa and Wellness area is truly relaxing, the Salsa class was good fun and the Sauna 'Aufguss' perfectly executed👌🏻 And even though the hotel is quite elegant and stylish, it never felt 'stiff' - on the contrary, we felt very comfortable, welcome and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the 'cosy buzz' - attentive staff and friendly guests too!

... the only minor flaw: the sink in the bathroom seemed clogged, water took a while to drain. But I'm sure this can be easily remedied...

The location is perfect, facility super clean, all the stuff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great, spa is very relaxing and the location is family oriented. Keep up the good work! Thank you so very much for everything! Definitely we are returning soon. A place you must go and stay.

Our grandchild came with us and we spoke to a number of parents. The food choice and timings for children is awful except breakfast. Basically there is nothing for them after 5pm. ALS the main restaurant at night has no atmosphere and the set menu was not great. My beef was very poor.

Why aren't there two bottles of water for the guests in the room?? This is such a basic and important thing.. We arrived at the hotel from another hotel in Tyrol where we received bottles of water and even free apples. There is no coffee machine or electric kettle to make tea/coffee - very disappointing if you want to relax in the room and watch the view from the balcony.

One of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in and I still can't get over the value for money. The 5-course dinner we got every night was incredible; such a great selection of local produce made into Michelin worthy meals. On our last night desert was a huge Strudel buffet with 6 or 7 different types of Schrudel and ice cream or custard. The level of detail, creativity, and love that these chefs put into their food is unbelievable. The breakfast was also another league - fresh honeycomb, selection of local honeys, tea station with fresh ginger and lemon, smoked salmon with freshly made horesradish or herb salsa, incredible selection of breads and pastries, chia puddings and yoghurts and oats, I could go on and on. The service staff was warm, attentive and efficient. Michelin service! The spa area was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Quite small given the size of the hotel, so I'm glad we came out of season, as I can imagine it gets a little overcrowded, but it was perfect when we went. Seefeld is cute and reachable within 15 - 20 mins by foot down hill; the train station is about 10 minutes down the hill. Lots of lovely little cafes, restaurants and bars around the main square.

The hotel building was spectacular and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with different varieties of food.

The hotel facilities weren’t up to a four stars standards. It was fine with us not having a coffee machine in the room but there wasn’t even a kettle to make your own coffee or tea. They don’t also provide a bottle of water as a welcome gesture like other hotels. The room was nice but too warm in summer and the noise from the street was too annoying day and night that we had to use ear plugs to sleep.
