Hotel is well located, plenty of parking, easy access. Excellent staff at reception, very kind, funny lady, was a pleasure to be welcomed by her. Rooms are large, quiet, nicely equipped, maybe a bit dated but still OK. Absolutely exceptional breakfast, everything you might want and then some. I've seen much worse breakfasts in 5 star hotels. Please keep it up! ;)

Personally I didn't like the mattresses and pillows very much. Mattress was kind of thin and firm, with very flat pillow, not very comfortable for me. It would be also great to have one double, king size bed - if in the room description there is king size bed, we got two pushed together.

The location is quite central, the hotel has its own parking place for 50 PLN per night. We checked in quite quickly, everything was fine. We had a junior suit with airconditioning, a fridge and a kettle. The room was quite spacious, overlooking one of the churches. When we enterd the room we realised that the fridge was not functioning. I lt the reception know about it and almost in 5 minutes it was replaced by a new one. The breakfast was substantial with a good variety

Almost nothing, just the pillow was a bit small for my husband but it was OK for me. Oh, yes, it will be good to place more hooks in the bathroom as putting towels and robes on a heater place right above the toilet is not convenient.

Very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, good central location and very friendly staff. Also, we were allowed to check out at 3pm without an additional charge which was very helpful to us. Despite being located in the centre, the hotel is very quiet. It has a lovely bar and "Irish pub" with big TV screens, the bar has a little children's corner, which is great for the parents who would like to sit down for a bit with a coffee or a drink.

The A/C system in our room made noises so we had to move the room in the middle of the night. But the staff were very swift and helpful in responding to this issue.

Personnel very friendly. Good breakfast. Great location. Lots of parking place. Though quite expensive. Very clean room. The premium double very spacious.

Only one small pillow per bed. Towels worn out. No toiletries. No laptop safe and it is a 4 star business class hotel.

Good location. Parking. Our backs were happy about mattresses - we prefer firm, hard ones. Fresh drinking water available from dispenser in the corridor. Excellent breakfast with fresh squeezed juices and own-baked waffles. Supernice and kind receptionist Anna - suggested us sites for visiting in the city and provided all kinds of information.

Paid parking.

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Both rooms were clean and very tidy. Breakfast was superb with a massive variety of dishes to choose from. Lovely lounge and bar area that can be enjoyed in the evening. Friendly staff.

Coffee machine mentioned in the description is actually a small kettle and a sachet of instant coffee.

Central location. Chain hotel so you know what to expect. Big and spatious lobby and restaurant. Small playground for kids. The praise goes definitely to wonderful breakfast: great choice, huge choice of hot dishes, fruits and everything else, juicer and waffle maker :) The stuff, at the restaurant as well as at the reception was super friendly. Water in the room is provided.

The rooms are not the newest, you might find some shortcomings.

In the reception this time was a lady Mrs Alexandra she treated me like I am just dirty street people who will run away without paying 50 PLN for parking! I have requested to pay by check out time but she answered ( NO ) U MUST PAY NOW!!!! So She need to be qualified !!!

Very spacious and clean rooms and the staff was very professional and accomodating.

Wall to wall carpets, which are not good for the air quality. Traveling with dogs it would be nice to know the charge for the dogs beforehand.

It was comfortable and close to the Center. Just a great location and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a great choice of food. I loved being able to make my own juice at breakfast.

Actually it was a great value for the money.
