Good Value! 15-20 min walk to Old Town. Flat, pleasant and safe walk even late in the evening. Tram and bus station 0.1 miles from hotel. Breakfast selection good variety with protein sources, both hot and cold. Easy booking, easy check in and check out. Clean.

1) off putting smell from the bathroom but not due to hotel operations as the staff was constantly cleaning 2) toilet takes 2 or 3 times to flush completely 3) when asking questions to the staff, their attitude was like you are bothering them 4) dirty carpet, did not look hygenic. The location was pretty good with a short walk to the old town, which is beautiful. Bed was comfy, although feather pillows not so much. Breakfast was incredible with so many choices. We stayed in room 339 which had a pretty good view.

Not the hotels fault but the taxi rank out front of Warsaw central station was nothing short of highway robbery. As tram 15 was not running on the day of our arrival, we asked the hotel how much for a taxi. 35-40pln was the response. At the Taxi stand they wanted 200 and then 150 pln !!!! After walking we finally managed an honest taxi 35 pln to the hotel.

Good value for the price. Good beds. While some bits are clearly outdated, the cleanliness compensated for that. Location is a bit off the beaten path, a little outside the old town area, but it's still within comfortable walking distance. Not as many restaurant or bar options in the immediate surroundings as in many other places in town, but still you can find stuff. Staff excellent.

Nothing major. Airco was a bit too strong even on the lowest setting. Without airco the room was too stuffy. We didn't want to keep the windows open as it would have been too loud outside. Not a big deal overall.

- professional and very nice people in the administration, - good location (easy to reach the city center by car or by municipal transport), - clean and bright rooms, - soft beds, - the availability of the underground parking (with relatively small fee), - acceptable breakfasts.

The bridges in the parking between the floors are really narrow, so, depending on the car dimensions, it could be hard to navigate the car. Also, the parking places are narrow too, which can cause damages of the car's doors (because it is hard to get into the car and do not scratch the car of the neighbour when the neighbouring parking places are busy).

Convenient location and connections, strolling distance is 20 minutes to the center of the old town, and there are plenty of bus and tram lines next to the building taking you everywhere. As a bonus, their breakfast is generous, serving a wide choice of tastes, including hearty varieties. From the inside, rooms in Ibis Warsaw (Stare Miasto) are very similar to Ibis Berlin (Berlin Mitte).

Being a budget hotel, some things may not be perfect from the start, or may seem broken. But we just reported our concerns to the hotel desk next day and they fixed it for us.

Located in the heart of the city and just a small walk from the old town. The parking was under hotel, so we could get the things from our car to the hotel fast. The cost for parking was a bit much (abt 35 €), but since we stayed two days, it wasn't a big deal. Loved the old town part, skating rink, the christmas vibe and all the decorations. At night it all seemed magical.

The prices in the restaurant don't match the quality. It was nice to see some local dishes in the menu, but the food was very dry and a bit tasteless. We tried the local dishes - there was no spark or exquisitness in any of the dishes, they were all bland. Service was excellent though.

A nucely decorated modern property. The room and lobby were all very nice. A good breakfast buffet with everything you could want, both hot and cold. Convenient onsite parking in the underground garage. We did not realize it was the weekend of Taylor Swift's concerts, so the hotel was filled with many of her fans and the staff decorated the lobby in a Swifty theme which was fun and sparkly!

The hotel itself is great. There's not much to do in that immediate area, including only a few restaurants/cafes. But the old town and all the other wonderful offerings of Warsaw are only a 10 min Uber or tram/bus ride away.

I chose this hotel for its value for money and an excellent location in a walking distance to downtown. And it was that and much more! We were in Warsaw for a Taylor swift concert, and the hotel stuff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing - from lobby decorations (Taylor swift photo shoot area and a bracelet making supplies) to a welcome message in the room and an info listed created for swifties (transportation options etc). Add an excellent breakfast buffet, a filtered water station in lobby and EVERY floor, a secure luggage storage area, a very helpful stuff, a 12o’ock check out, and a 15-min walk to a downtown - the hotel exceeded our expectations! And yes, they had their cafe open late with a sandwich option for all the late arrivals after the concert. Kids really appreciated that! Thank you!!

Location is great - walk away from old city ( You can also use taxi, which is very cheap) and fountain park. Breakfast was unexpectedly good for 3 star hotel! Also restaurant was really good too. We really did enjoy our food! We stayed only for one night oversleep, but hotel exceeded our expectations. Fine for short stay.

Hotel's car parking was 75 zl / 24 h and it was pretty narrow - many drivers had difficulties to park their cars. Also getting from parking to hotel's lobby is a little uncomfortable and especially with heavy suitcases. You have to go through double heavy metallic doors and then take some stairs to elevator . Also, in reservation we've asked for very quiet room- we had street view room and it was really, really loud. I understand that this is not hotel's fault, but there were a lot of motorcycles racing through Saturday's night and it was very loud long past midnight... :/

The hotel is conveniently located, in the vicinity of Warsaw Old Town. Staff is friendly and professional. There’s an option to buy breakfast, and the buffet type menu is quite nice with plenty to choose from.

One thing I didn’t like was Wi-Fi; very sketchy, they offered “pass”to join the larger network (NOT just the hotel’s) and you have to renew it every 24 hours. The network is unsecured.
