The staff were wonderful friendly and helpful...in particular Santi...he made us feel very welcome.The receptionist arranged for us to move room to a more accessible room which was more suitable for my mother.Spa was such a lovely treat and enjoyed having it for 1 hour to ourselves...pool area is lovely...perfect central location in Soller right beside train station...breakfast was good...fresh orange juice was delicious...would definately stay here again.

Would like more hot food choice for breakfast

Friendly and helpful staff. Traditional Mallorcan cuisine for dinner and very good breakfast, too. Spacious room, comfortable bed. The hotel is located in central Soller just next to the famous "wooden train" station and a short distance from the Main Square. Easy to get to Pama and also Port Soller by bus.

We had no idea what to expect going into this one. We snatched it up as a really good deal showed up on booking and we were planning on visiting this town throughout our trip. I thought maybe the old furniture was the reason this hotel was on for such a cheap price. But WOW, were we blown away. The rooms was stunning. Truly a gorgeous old Spanish vibe but with quality furniture that's stood the rest of time. The hotel is a wonderful experience through and through. The spa you can book hourly for you and your significant other is a lovely touch to the whole stay. The location is perfect, just on the outskirts where it's a little quieter. You're surrounded by stunning scenery. Massive mountains towering over you as you lay in the pool area tanning. Bathrooms were modern and fresh meets old Spanish. The whole stay was incredible and the town itself is beautiful and perfectly located if you plan on doing day trips around the island.

Breakfast was fine. Not a large selection. But there's so many lovely restaurants around for a great price that it didn't matter. Parking is about a 5 min walk away, but it's gated so that was nice.

Fantastic location right next to the tram stop very near the centre of soller. A 20 min walk to the main bus station only 5 euros back to Palma, but a taxi was only 45 euros which we thought wasn't too bad anyway. Beautiful traditional little boutique hotel with really friendly and helpful staff - and great service. Really nice breakfast. Bonus to have a little pool and sun loungers which was pretty warm in June. Nice little courtyard where you can have breakfast outside. Dinner optional, looked great, would probably do that next time as well. Lovely spacious rooms and modern shower. Great value for money for the area.

Would've been great to have a balcony but the views were still lovely over the mountains. No complaints.

The hotel was in a good location next to the train station and we had absolutely no noise from the trains. The room was typically Spanish in style and our room had a bath as well as a shower which was a bonus. The breakfast was continental as we expected. There was a lovely outdoor pool, although we never used it. The staff were pleasant and were able to help us with bus stop locations etc,as well as telling us about the history of the Es Firo festival which we were lucky enough to be there for.

There was nothing not to like.

Lovely, old style, traditional Spanish hotel which has a really homely feel. Good communication before my stay. Beautiful smell when you enter! I arrived early & my room was ready which was much appreciated. Very convenient location beside the famous tram stop and yet because it’s on a quiet side street there is no noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A/C was excellent. Great to have a small fridge. Room was cleaned well daily. Pool and the area around it is small but lovely, peaceful immaculately clean. Having a dip was so refreshing! Comfortable sun loungers. There are towels available at reception. Shower was excellent.

Some of the English tv channels had no picture, just sound. Would be great if it was a Smart TV. There is no lift which I didn’t mind but on the second floor some people might find that an issue. Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room.

The location is ideal, I loved the style of the room we stayed in. It was simple, traditional country style, not flash. The shower was wonderful. A good selection of breakfast foods. Kettle, mugs, coffee, teas provided in room as well as wine glasses and corkscrew - very civilised and thoughtful, and a mini fridge. Staff cheery and helpful. The lunch and evening meals also very good.

Everything was great and I really liked the atmosphere, but for me the mattress was a little too firm. However, that’s just me liking a softer bed and hardly worth mentioning.

Restaurant and breakfast was very nice, location was perfect, staff was super friendly. Parking location also available. Would come back any time.

More of a minor issue and we would go definetly again to the hotel, but the parking was in another place in the city (as the hotel is very central). You needed to go first to the hotel when you arrived to get the key and at the end bring it back at the end of the stay. Google maps does not have actualised directions and one way streets, so more help from the hotel side would have been nice. And they maybe could have met us directly at the parking garage (which is easier to access than the hotel).

Beautiful small heritage family run hotel right in the center with a lovely courtyard for breakfast and attached restaurant; even a small pool and parking which is always tricky in an old town

Really all very good, great they have parking but it’s a 5min walk away and doesn’t have an electric car charger. The beds are ok comfortable.

Location was excellent, 2 minute walk from the centre of Soller with cute cafe's, shops and a saturday food & craft market to explore. To travel by tram to Port de Soller Beach or catch the vintage train to Palma was easy as the hotel is literally next door to the train & tram stop. The hotel rooms were great, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and clean. Service was excellent, Britt and the team were all very helpful and arranged transportation for our group.
