Great location in central Soller, the tram line running opposite the entrance to the hotel. Nice garden area and restaurant/bar tables outside, but limited parking (we arrived by taxi). Breakfast was fabulous, very attentive staff. Cooked hot food to order and was great every time. The buffet was great. The roof top pool are was small but lovely, plenty of sunbeds for us. Also, a bar there and some tables for eating. Great views of the town and the mountains. Didn't use the spa or gym, but it looked nice, and seemed to always be empty.

When we booked we assumed we would have a room with a balcony (as every photo on the booking.com site shows a room with a balcony). We were very disappointed not to have one, and we realised that the balcony rooms are only at the back of the hotel, the front of the hotel is windows only (overlooking the front garden and car park). I guess to get a balcony room you request 'mountain view'. Anyway, was disappointed, but it didn't spoil the break.

We are completely mezmerized by this place. It‘s such a great mixture that combines historical architecture with modern facilities. The spa is exceptional and the rooftop pool gives you exquisite feels. We had a room in the back side, where a tiny river is flowing, which honestly had like therapeutic effects, sleeping with an open window. The staff is highly considerate and very helpful. I want to especially draw out the manager Goran, who walks the extra mile for every guest. Also I want to point out the location, it‘s right in the center but still has affordable parking!

Anything I would say here would be really petty. The Burger we ordered with room service missed some spices, like salt oder pepper. Was a bit lame, but the daily snacks in the restaurant where awesome, try the patatas!

Breakfast was amazing, hot food made to order and a wide range of fruits, pastries, cereals and cold meats available at the buffet. The staff were extremely attentive, ordering taxis for us in the evening when needed and providing a map listed with all the Soller festivities that were happening that week. In particular, Barbara greeted us with a friendly service every morning at breakfast which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the centre of Sollér and fantastic bars/restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to explore Soller and surrounding towns.

We really can’t fault this hotel, it’s staff or our stay at all. No complaints!

Excellent service! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Every staff member spoke English which was helpful since our Spanish was limited. Hotel was within walking distance to the city center. Each morning started with a breakfast that was not only buffet style but also included menu choices. Housekeepers were excellent and accommodated our schedule. Amenities included a spa, and pools. The views from the roof top pool were phenomenal!

We wish we had more time to stay at the hotel!

Lovely hotel in centre of Sóller - quiet but well located. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Nothing too much trouble for reception staff who were lovely and always eager to assist and support. Staff at breakfast were also great and breakfast was superb. Lovely pool and steam area also but lacked facility to accommodate people with a disability.

Male member of staff in the bar area was rude, inpatient and argumentative and made us feel like a nuisance.

Beautiful 5 star hotel in the middle of a gorgeous town. Within a few steps of restaurants and shops and a ten min taxi ride or bus to the beach. Breakfast was 10/10, staff incredibly friendly and greet you very warmly and always there to help and offer advice and assistance. The swimming pool at the roof is simply stunning with gorgeous views of the mountains and the town of Soller. Kids loved their stay and so did we. The spa downstairs is also a nice spot for some relaxation time. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back some day soon.

The breakfast was fine but could be a whole lot better over-all The cooked food wasn’t amazing The outdoor breakfast area was lovely considering it is in the centre of the town The pool on the roof although it could be much more of an experience is very nice and the views are amazing

The breakfast could’ve been better A few tweaks to the decor could elevate this lovely hotel Everyone we met there says change the carpets!

Staff were so lovely at this hotel. We were greeted by Cynthia at reception who was so helpful and knowledgeable with any queries we had around taxis, buses, places to visit in the area etc. We had drinks in the bar in the evening and really enjoyed the piano playing while we were there. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and set out on the patio. Used the spa area which had everything you could possibly want. View from the rooftop pool was lovely. Made it for an early morning swim up there while it was quiet.

Our stay was for just one night. So didnt come across anything that I didnt like in this hotel.

Iconic historic hotel with Rooftop pool overlooking mountains with bar… Breakfast terrace next to river cool and beautiful Central for Soller and tram to Port de Soller

The cleaner on terrace waking us up at 8am moving chairs and dropping tables right above our bedroom! It would be ok for hikers and cyclists but we were in junior suite on holiday for our Wedding Anniversary and looked forward to a few lie-ins! Hubby complained 1st morning and other rooms offered but no other junior suites available. Noise wasn’t investigated.. on last day I went up to roof in dressing gown and asked him to stop… he apologised and moved elsewhere.

I thought the location was great and enjoyed the half board option which I would recommend

Perhaps once a week there could be themed Mallorcan evenings at the hotel, otherwise we really enjoyed the experience and compliments to the chef because the food was excellent. The furniture up top by the pool area needs replacing, some of the wooden chairs were broken. The rooftop pool area is such a positive feature of the hotel.
