Very good location. Great reception staff, who were proactive, friendly and helpful 24/7. Super clean and great facilities. Great beds. Amazing atmosphere overall, with beautiful exteriors and interiors.

A bit noisy room, not sound proof. Could hear elevator and neighbours next door. Dissapointed in kitchen staff, of which some were unwelcoming and rude. At breakfast, there is a sign to let them know if you want fried eggs. I wanted a fried egg on both sides as I cannot have runny egg yokes. They refused to make a fried egg on both sides, saying it was too difficult and complicated, and after questioning the reasoning they accepted it, and came back with an egg which was way overfried. They were also rude when placing it on the table, annoyed and eye rolling. This happened for two days, before I gave up asking them for eggs.

Location was fantastic. Staff very friendly and extremely clean. The lobby is traditional style and very stylish with the wooden beams. The balcony on the top floor has wonderful views. Rooms were very spacious and bed comfortable. The pool was so welcome, particularly as we don’t love the beach/sea at Port de Soller. It was a great size and there are plenty of sunbeds. We had no problems. The restaurant run on site, Alemany, is exceptional.

Not so much a ‘don’t like’. Think a mini-bar would be nice and a better hairdryer. The rooms are a little old fashioned decor wise compared to the lobby …. However we didn’t care. The rooms were so quiet we had no problem sleeping. We would definitely come back.

A stunning hotel that makes you want to return to the island again and again. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and pleasant receptionist who politely explained everything and answered all our questions. The room was cozy, made with quality materials—it was a real pleasure to stay in. There's air conditioning, which adds to the comfort. Breakfast was a true work of art: a daily variety of delicious, freshly prepared food that never ceased to amaze us. Even the coffee from the machine was high quality, and the homemade pastries were delightful. All of this left us with wonderful memories of our stay. The hotel's design is incredibly authentic and crafted with soul.

Such a beautiful hotel in a magical part of Majorca. The views were incredible. The staff were particularly lovely, and as others have said the breakfast is also excellent.

Unfortunately one of our peaceful times by the pool was ruined by a constantly wailing child. Whilst this isn’t the hotel’s fault, the general ambience of the place feels more appropriate for adults only - it’s not really a place for young children.

Great location, friendly staff, large rooms, nice pool area, fantastic restaurant (and staff).

It’s a small thing but the cleaning schedule for our room was really late. We would get back to our room at 3/4pm for a nap and it still hadn’t been done, meaning we had a few days where our room wasn’t cleaned. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where the cleaning was done so late (or perhaps it was just our room, in which case it should be adjusted each day to make it fair). Bar / restaurant doesn’t open until 12 as it’s operated by someone external, so need your own snacks / drinks before then.

I highly recommend staying in Ca’l Bisbe hotel in Sóller. The rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was delicious with different variations of local pastries each day and the pool was cozy but spacious at the same time. The hotel is located in centrum and has its own parking only 400 meters away (at the entrance of the city so you don’t have to try to fit your rental car through those tiny streets). I also have to point out that before our stay we have received detailed instructions how to get to the hotel and how to access the parking. The staff was also extremely accommodating when it came to our early flight. Highly recommended!

I can’t think of anything - it was perfect.

A perfect hotel. Everything is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Information about the area/trips/buses etc refreshed daily. Excellent buffet breakfast with many options for vegetarians. Friendly bar staff - drinks available by the pool; lunch; evening meal. High quality food. Large rooms with balcony/s, large bathroom, huge bed. Fridge and kettle in room. Very big pool with many sunbeds. Friendly hotel cat. Excellent position to explore Soller town: just a short walk down the road. Close to bus stops and the Botanical Garden. A small gym but well-equipped. We didn't use the sauna/steam room but they were available. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure room on arrival day.

A lovely location and just what we needed for a relaxing week. Pool area was nice and quiet with a good atmosphere from staff, who were always willing to help. The hotel is a short 5 min walk from the centre of Soller's main square that has the beautiful cathedral and a bunch of restaurants and bars and is also close to the bus stop that takes you directly to the Port. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel also has a great restaurant!

We had some rain on one of our evenings which made the pool dirty and dusty - obviously the staff can't control the weather but the pool wasn't clean the whole next day. Not much of an issue just worth noting as it stopped us having a dip in the water that day!

Hotel was in a great location, just 2 mins walk to the centre of Soller. The car park is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. It's easy to find just off the roundabout on entering Soller. It has a large security gate, so your car is safe. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Staff very kind, polite, and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor with a small terrace, which was nice. The room was quite rustic but comfy. We were on a walking holiday and there's lots of great walks in the area. Both from the hotel or a short drive/tram ride away. We were not disappointed. There's also lots of very nice restaurants in Soller

The pool isn't heated, so it's freezing to swim in, in May when we were there. Such a shame cos it's lovely. The bathroom leaked water from the shower screen, so the floor was wet every time you showered.

The building was beautiful and the hotel has been renovated around 2011. The food and breakfast were really nice. The beds were comfy and the bathroom spacious. Excellent location (very centrally) but still very quiet at night. Staff was very friendly.

The sauna seemed to be a bit of an afterthought with nowhere to relax after and no water. Stil nice for one to be there at all. The signs saying that you're not allowed to pack lunches from breakfast were a bit much. Better put in the information folder that they prepare packed lunches rather than put notes in every corner.
