The hotel is on the very best part of Lonely Beach with golden sands that slope gently into the sea and is good for swimming. There is plenty of shade from trees. The pool is a good size and crystal clear. Our room was spacious and well equipped and had a large balcony. Breakfast had a good choice and very good coffee.

The rooms are immediately adjacent to the road so there is traffic noise. Although the rooms are smart and modern the restaurant and reception appear from an earlier time and are scruffy and uninviting. Parts of the hotel need better maintenance. For instance the access to our room was over broken concrete, pipes and tree roots. Although our bed was large it had a poor mattress and every time one of us moved it made the whole bed shake.

"Old" Resort at Lonely Beach, also they have a nice pool, which is good. The people there were mostly attentieve and nice, the rooms are quite big. The nice Beach with fine Sand is directly in front of the resort. Parkingspaces available in case if you come from the mainland with your car.

The Resort is directly next to the main Road, which is surprisingly busy at night and the rooms are not soundproove, We had the 1st floor room, probably it is quieter at the groundfloor becasue there is a low wall blocking noise from the street. Also the Rooms made a pretty "worn out" impression, Tv was there but there was no signal. Some things need more maintainance here!

Location is perfect! Koh Chang is my favourite island in Thailand and Lonely beach is the best beach in Koh Chang! The apartment was right on the beach and the view to the sea and beach was just great. But, we traveled with friends and they got a room far from us, looking at the backyard of the bar next to the hotel. Their room was old and dark and looking at garbage. So the rooms and the views are quite different there. Breakfast was great, a lot of different options and the staff at the restaurant was great, best staff worked at the restaurant. The beach is great. There are good restaurants next to the hotel in the beach and the village is also near.

It was a bit dated, as I mentioned, some rooms are not renovated and they are quite dark and old. There were a lot of ants in the rooms. Massages were good but you can have better ones at the beach. It was hard to pay with card at the bar / restaurant and you couldnt bill it to the room, no service at the pool. these are minor negative aspect that didnt really bother but there are thing to improve. In the pool area maybe more showers - coming from the beach would have been nice to wash legs from sand etc.

After we moved from the rundown room, they moved us to an amazing room. Big, clean, spacious, with comfy bed and pillows, big tiled terrace and beautiful, modern bathroom. The views were amazing, and it was so private and close to everything. The beach was absolutely amazing, with no rocks on the surface, and plenty of private areas to relax. We stayed at different locations on the island and this place was hands-on the best. We had to pay extra for this room, but the price was not bad, and worth every cent. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the food and drink prices were very reasonable in comparison to some of the other areas on the island. I will be back for sure next year.

We booked a 'standard seaview room'. When we walked into the room we were very dissapointed. It was dirty, there was no place to hang our clothes, there was a opening in the door where mosquitos could get in, the bathroom faucette and sink was literally loose, the shower rail was broken and just lying on the floor, the bed was so hard and only had two pillows, and the wood on the floor was coming apart. We were not impressed, so we went to reception and asked to be moved to another room. Luckily they could move us the next day. The new room was amazing and the extra money we paid per night was really worth it.

Amazing location on lonely beach. My room was quite newly renovated with large terrace. Staff were nice. Room was clean. If you wish to stay on lonely beach (the beach end, you'll likely still take a taxi to the party end of lonely beach) then this is your hotel. Don't stay here for luxury, Stay for the location and you'll be happy.!

The resort is run down from the outside, but it's not too bad. There is a lamp suspended at head height from the ceiling as a bed side light. I hit my head on it every time I moved past it. Bed was hard and creaky when moving. Too few plug sockets and placed in poor location.

I stayed in Siam Beach multiple times and it was always great, The nicest beach on the island, tranquil and atmospheric; the location is perfect for those who like quiet and relaxing places. Close to the local shops, massage and cafes. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and renovated, with comfy beds and pillows. The surroundings are stunning, with beautiful jungles, rocks and a blue sea. In the morning you can see a family of monkeys on your balcony/terrace, but be careful, don't try to pet them and don't leave the food outside.

Would be great to place a drying rack for wet towels and clothes. No hangers for towels in the bathroom.

The resort after Covid is now getting back to normal, on the beach in good breakfast and quiet

Lovely staff, big clean pool right on the beach. Breakfast had enough options and was completely fine. I think all of the rooms at this hotel have sea view. Really gorgeous location.

We had an old not yet renovated room, I think they are in the process of renovating one by one. We also paid quite a cheap price for the beachfront hotel, so I didn’t expect a new room, but it was also quite dirty, the balcony was filthy, Aircon was disgusting and the fridge was smelly. But I asked to clean the AC and they actually did, properly and immediately after I asked, then it got much better. So it’s not really a complaint, just a remark.

We have been to Lonely Beach before so we knew what to expect. Lonely Beach is one of our favorite places. The room we stayed in was very new and clean and tidy. The view was absolutely amazing! The aircon worked well, the room was cleaned daily with nice towels. It was really lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. The hotel is at the end of the beach so it is nice and quiet but a short walk to restaurants and bars. There are a couple of restaurants on the beach and a couple of beach bars. Before we came I had read other reviews and was concerned about the monkeys but they were no problem for us. They only venture out and sunrise and sunset and they will only pester you if you have food. One morning I woke up to some monkeys on the balcony that had stolen a bag of crisps that our neighbors had left on their balcony but it was actually brilliant watching them- from inside our room with the door locked. We only saw monkeys twice and we were there for a week and both times it was because people had left food out on their balcony. The staff were really lovely and helpful and there is a little shop by the reception where you can buy water/fizzy drinks. They also give you a clean towel every day for the beach. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it always looked busy. I am looking forward to staying again. My favorite place to stay on lonely beach

Great location , right on one of the best beaches on island . Stayed in one of the newer properties. Like the simplicity of the design , modern and comfortable, looking at the sea directly . The staff was always available and helpful . Over all , positive experience. You can eat at the hotel but also multiple places available on the beach , and lonely beach strip with all the shops etc only 6-7 min walk ( you can access via the beach ) If you rent a motorbike , you can easily reach anywhere or get on one of the shared taxi’s which runs right outside of the hotel . Easy !

Would have been nice to have some beach chairs available .
