Everything : the location, venue and services offered are exceptional

One minor flaw : unruly kids in the swimming pool area prevented others guests - myself included - to fully enjoy the moment. Though I understand the swimming area is attractive for families I would recommend extended adults only hours during the day - right now it is only from 7pm that’s inconvenient.

Absolutely amazing! I booked the stay for me and my mum as a christmas gift and it was a real treat. The spa facilities are great, L’Occitane treatments AMAZING, food delicious and the staff super nice and helpful. The fact that you’re staying at an actual chateau is a bonus. Relaxing lavender massage and their signature chocolate dessert are a must!

The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not that picturesque, but we didn’t mind that. A walk around the chateau within the caste grounds was more than enough for us, as we wanted to enjoy every minute at the hotel itself.

Beautiful spaces, inside and out ! Friendly, warm and welcoming staff with flawless service. The room was enormous, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the spa and small but well equipped gym. Excellent pool. The picnic lunch in the garden is also highly recommended. They even remembered a gift of homemade treats they had forgotten from our last stay 18 months ago !

Amazing rooms, everything is newly renovated and clean. Comfortable beds. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real treat! Great variety and delicious. Same for dinner. Would definitely stay there again.

The only downside for me was the location not much to see around Heralec, you have to drive around 20-40 min or some natural parks . But if you are not into hiking or discovering and just want to have great meals , spa and relax in the castle this is the best place.

The room the decor the surroundings are amazing . In the last day we left early and they prepared a very nice takeaway breakfast

The shower cabinet is not in the standard of the rest and the floor is very slippery

Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Highlights: wellness center and room with a giant fireplace.

Restaurant serves delicious food, but atmosphere could be improved (warmer lighting).

All staff was accommodating and lovely. All our meals were outstanding. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Lovely greeting when we arrived on the property.

Perfect nature Nice food and amazing staff clean and neat food was crazy!!! so delicious. You should take a night here, it worth than you think.
