The hotel is fantastic for both children and adults. The beach is just across the street, with access through an underpass. The city center is within walking distance along the nice promenade. The food is delicious and very diverse. Evening activities for both kids and adults are already available.

Some things could have been handled faster, but I understand that the staff needed time — if they didn’t know something, they had to find out, which caused delays. My invoice issue was resolved, although it could have been done much more quickly. The room booked through Booking.com was, located on the side with the worst view and on the lowest floor. But that’s probably typical hotel policy for rooms offered through booking platforms. The room itself was very nice, and I didn’t really need to use the balcony or care much about the view

A very cosy compact hotel with everything you need in a walking distance (restaurants, gym, indoor pool, pools, beach, cafeteria, shops, hairdressers, library, spa, kids club, football field, etc). The employees absolutely made the stay great - very welcoming and sincere. The hotel was actually very clean, inside and out., e.g. we used the gym a lot and it was cleaned daily. We were also happy to use the sauna every day. There were great waterslides for the kids, and free icecream was handed out throughout the day. Whenever we had a question/problem, the reception solved it immediately.

You had to use exit the territory, use a tunnel to get to the beach, but in fact everything is really close.

We have been to this hotel few times during past years. This time we were celebrating my husband’s birthday 🎁 guest relations’ stuff helped me to organise it, special thanks to Alexandra😍 our attitude is still the same as previous, we would like to come back to this hotel again) in the summer it is very busy with lot of families, and in the autumn it is much quieter)) the staff is very good everywhere, the cleaning service is also at the good level 👍🏻 superior Rooms are different, depends on the building, you will be accommodated)

It is still the quality of wines, even that is not so important, but still part of all inclusive. Also, we didn’t like the superior rooms, located next to reception.

Everything was wonderful… We only stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were so friendly and professional. Yes there were kids! but they were well behaved and sweet. We love children and there were no noise issues. The room cleaning lady did an excellent job every day, fresh towels and bedding. We were very grateful. Amazing food restaurant with vast, beautifully presented options for everyone. Lovely iced coffee and alcoholic drinks. Would highly recommend & hope we can visit again!

We arrived at 11am which was a few hours early before check in. We had to wait until our room was ready. This wasn’t a problem and we were happy to have something to eat / drink after a long journey. We were extremely tired however and it would have been perfect if we could settle into our room and rest.

With the family of seven, the stay was made exceptionally pleasant for us. Starting with smaller issues like having more room cards and beach towels to bigger issues like transportation or medication supply, then the hotel staff had answers and quick fixes for everything. In the hotel area, there are a lot of activities and places to see, and the kids will not get bored. We would especially mention Nurullah and Bunyamin from the dining area for providing class A service, thank you guys! Thanks to that duo, dining and eating there was the best part of the day, we truly enjoyed it.

If we were to mention something than it would be the smoking in non-smoking zones, some did that unwillingly, but you can tell that some just don't care and will light a cigarette right beside where people are eating.

Excellent resort at a nice section of the beach and close to Alanya center/castle. Amazing view from the balcony, great food every day with lots of options. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can tell about a proper management job.

You gotta pay for certain drinks and for all consumption on the beach, but prices were fair. This is a family resort so its full of children all around, quite noisy at times so you gotta expect that on arrival

Exceptionally friendly people work here: everybody from the reception workers and the wonderful Client Satisfaction Manager Yuliya, to gardeners, waiters, transport guy, lifeguards, spa workers, animators and many others that took good care of making our stay great.

Some technical details that need to be fixed both in rooms and public areas.

The hotel was beautiful swimming pools of a great size plus the aqua park .the food was great and varied we actually loved it.staff were nice and friendly and the animation team did fantastic job .location was ok as in a small town 15 mins drive to the central Alanya.we really enjoyed our stay and we will defo come back .

The beach was not good though.very deep and the current was really strong.plus the stray dogs made us really uncomfortable. Not all the staff speak English. The day i checked in the girl was telling me that i might have booked the other hotel while payment was made before and i knew what i chosen and where it is . The size of the aqua park was small a bit and open for just 2 slots of 2 hours so it gets really packed and not very safe .

the resort is nicely decorated, new and clean. the staff is always friendly and polite. a great choice for a holiday with friends or children. the location is great, a 5-minute walk from the resort to the beach and about 10 minutes by car to the center of Alanya

we didn't like the crowds at breakfast and dinner, if you came a little later, you didn't get a table, definitely not enough staff for such a large dining room, because they didn't manage to clean it up

The resort is very good for a family. The staff are very welcoming and the activities kept us busy all day. The snack bar, the drinks and of course the ice cream are all excellent.

Wifi reception at the room was not good. Except for the breakfast, the food was not to our taste.
