Good selection of food at breakfast, ate food from the menu in my room which was OK. The staff cannot be praised enough for their kindness & hospitality.

I have stayed four times this year, each time requesting a late check-out. I was never charged the same price? The cost ranged from £50 to £95. When I asked why, I was told the price changed from time of season and availability. I'm not too sure this is the case, and as a regular guest I would have thought there would have been a little discount on the last payment of £95 for 9 hours?

This is an excellent place to stay and I absolutely recommend it, especially for the price. 1. The staff: Super friendly, always very transparent about pricing, always there to help you out (24/7!) 2. The room: Very beautiful rooms, although you should note that the normal suites are on the ground floor due to the way the building is designed. I had the chance to upgrade for a very cheap price and got my own jacuzzi and balcony - amazing! Also very clean. 3. The amenities: the pool is gigantic and absolutely amazing. The gym (important to me) has everything you need (multiple cable machines, leg press and dumbbells). Lots of spa treatment stuff and a sauna. The hotel has a partnered beach club (Haylaz) where they shuttle you to (for free), and it's great there, amazing and friendly staff, affordable food and drinks. Beach chairs are for free, beach beds cost extra. 4. The food: Breakfast is a highlight, with many different local specialities, and even if you're a vegetarian you'll have plenty to choose from. The 24/7 room service food is good and not overpriced for a hotel.

The only thing I could really criticize are the TVs - they don't seem to have a Miracast (or similar) option to connect your device wirelessly, and they are embedded into a frame so you can't access the HDMI to plug your laptop in with a cable. That meant that I basically never used the TV and watched everything on my laptop. Note that the hotel does not have direct beach access (but they do have shuttles). Tip: If you're the hiking type, you can go straight through the compound in the south and be at the beach within 15-20 minutes of walking (not sure if that's allowed, but no one ever bothered me).

Room services are chargable, even for simple plates, which they didn't leave for the next days.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, really spacious and the bed was SO comfortable, lovely having the pool and loungers just outside. The shower was also beautiful.

The location was a bit far from old and new town so you need a taxi to get everywhere. The food also at breakfast could be a lot better, was a quite flavourless.

The jacuzzi room was great! the interior designs made our stay even more homey. We specifically, after swimming, enjoyed the sauna and massage--so relaxing.The hotel is one hour from the city center but there are a lot of buses so no need to worry

The floor on the balcony was not obviously cleaned. It was a bit dusty. We called for housekeeping but they just folded the towels and made the bed. The floor was not vaccumed, one can see the corners covered with dusts and hairs on the floor 🙈🙈. Also we saw someone of the housekeeping staff smoking inside the laundry/stock room and we can smell it on the stairs going up to our room-- not good! She should have went ouside.

The hotel is very shick, contemporary but luxury design. Absolutely stunning and greta pool with facilities and buffet.

Please note it is NOT an adult only hotel as falsely claimed and advertised. I came across several guests with children. Thought they were not noisy but still they were there nonetheless. Do not leave any valuable laying around as the cleaners still come into the room despite not asking for the room to be cleaned or accessed. They ignore the signs and carelessly leave the doors or balcony open giving easy access for tress passing. I close the windows and they still leave it open. I got have easily had £15k cash from my open bag stolen because the cleaner entered the room without my consent and left the balcony door open ALL day whilst i was out from 9am until 8pm.

The room was modern and furnished with style ,everything was new and clean,exactly as on the photos.

The breakfast was not good at all and not too much variety. The area around the hotel was very neglected and full of garbage.

The hotel was very modern, the pool was really big and easily accessible from the rooms. The room was really spacious and the facilities were great. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and it was perfect. Big double bed, and multiple TVs in the room, as well as a large balcony with a view of the pool. The hotels location was good, only 15 minutes from the airport, and the hotel offer a free shuttle bus to go to the beach, where there is a private area with free sun lounges for the hotel guests. Breakfast was great, and the room service food was also really good.

There aren’t many restaurants or shops in close walking distance from the hotel, but we ate at the beach and utilised the free shuttle, and had room service to the room.

Great services all around, a gym, spa and massage space, lovely breakfast each morning. Overall very impressed with the entire space.

just wished the wifi was a little better

The accommodation Pure Heaven on earth We loved it! EXCELLENT! The Staff of the hotel were very friendly and always very helpful. The Guest Relation Manager - Timur was FANTASTIC! He was very friendly, polite, he greeted us with a smile on his face every time he saw us. He was very helpful, he told us all about the hotel and the area and even helped us when we were leaving, arranged VIP transfer to the airport and made sure we went to the right Terminal, we were going to T1, he double checked it and it was T2 (he was right) BIG THANK YOU to Timur. The Spa! WOW! just WOW! you MUST try hammam there! Mohamed is the best physiotherapist I ever met.
