During our honeymoon stay at the hotel, my husband and I were delighted by the diverse and healthy breakfast options available despite the somewhat limited space in the breakfast area. Upon our early arrival at 10 am, the staff went above and beyond in hospitality by allowing us to enjoy breakfast and access our room promptly. This gesture was particularly appreciated as we had not slept well the night before. To our surprise, our room was adorned with a specially designed bed and a generous tray of freshly cut fruits, a thoughtful touch orchestrated by Yahya, who planned this special treat for us. We indulged in the hotel's Turkish bath, sauna, massage, and jacuzzi facility. Opting for the VIP package that allowed us to experience these amenities together, we were impressed by the experience. The facility offered separate male and female masseurs, ensuring a comfortable and personalized spa session. The treatments were not only rejuvenating but also incredibly relaxing, setting the perfect tone for our honeymoon getaway. The serene ambiance and skilled masseurs enhanced our overall well-being and added an extra layer of pampering to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary pass to Amoor Beach, just a short 5-minute walk away from the hotel. The beach was charming, with a lovely swing and seaside dining tables that created a romantic atmosphere for evening meals. Additionally, the provision of towels for both the beach and the hotel's Turkish shower sauna and massage jacuzzi facility added a touch of convenience to our beach outings. We did encounter a minor inconvenience with the shower drainage, as it seemed to be slow. This small issue did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment, but it was a noticeable aspect that could be improved. Additionally, I found it curious that none of the hotels we visited in Turkey provided rubber bathroom slippers, which are typically handy for use inside the bathroom. This small amenity, common in many other places, would have been a practical addition to ensure comfort and safety while moving around the wet areas of the facility.

Loved staying at Awen the hotel is amazing, the location is good definitely one of the better hotels in the area,

The noise from the dogs at night, however that is no fault of the Hotel it just a part of the culture with street dogs

So after I booked the hotel I got a little nervous cause I saw some reviews that wasn’t great regarding location and the room and the WiFi. I had a conference call so I really needed the connection to be point. I rushed over there with my laptop to actually test it and see my room and honestly when I got there I loved it! I booked the Junior family room and it was so good! I loved that each room had its own TV and it worked, so we were able to watch whatever separately in our rooms. The hotel was clean, it smelt so fresh I was just so happy. The location was decent, a lot of restaurants around and shops which was super good, we often went out to eat or grabbed a take away. The staff were really nice! Proactive, you could order food and they would do that on your behalf. It looks like all the feedback provided the hotel is taking it on board. My mum and sister went to the spa, they really enjoyed it. They were really helpful and did a great job.

It would’ve been great if the hotel provided like a lunch service, but it’s minor cause there’s restaurants around.

The manager was exceptionally helpful, solution-oriented, and truly service-minded – a rare gem in hospitality. The hotel exceeded all our expectations and truly deserves more stars than shown on Booking! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and the facilities were excellent. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would love to come back. Breakfast was very nice every morning. The staff were very amenable and welcoming. The hotel rooms were also nice—you could see it's a newer hotel. I appreciated the cleaning status system on the hotel room doors.

Only one hiccup - I ordered some chicken at the restaurant in an ad hoc manner after arriving quite late, at 21:30. The chicken I ordered was served to me raw. The server took a picture of it and took the whole plate back to the kitchen. To my amazement, they just reheated the same chicken and served the exact same plate back to me, and still put it on my room's tab. Are you serious? My tip to you is not to eat at the hotel other than for breakfast.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel is newly refurbished with brand new facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning in the room was new and modern. The breakfast in the morning is quite good. The pool is also very nice and the hotel is a short walk away from Lara beach. The hotel has a spa, which had the best Turkish bath and massage I have ever received, the staff there was very nice and friendly.

The Wifi only worked in part of the family room and not the rest. It disconnected a lot meaning you had to enter your details regularly.

I love that there was a pool with nice and clean sunbeds, a fitness center, good breakfast, spa, sauna, steam room, a beach, a good location also near the beach but i didnt go to the beach but i would recommend it. It was appropiate for its price andbi would definitely recommend for people coming to antalya. The internet was also fast for any people who love the internet. The room cleaniness was really good, it was spotless. I absolutely loved the decor. Its also close to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Also there was a mm migros nearby that was really useful.

I was bummed that the staff refused to put water while i was away because they saw i had a small half-filled bottle. I was not bothered by the close airport noise but some people were so i thought to include this for anyone reading. I was also annoyed that i couldnt have the ac open with balcony window at the same time. Its annoying because i would open it to hang my clothes outside then come back in with the ac off it would usually be night and i would usually go to sleep without ac.

Beds are firm. Shower pressure is strong. Air con works. Wi-Fi is solid. I stayed in room 604 which has the corner balcony The staff set this place apart. Every single one of them, from reception to kitchen to cleaners, made me feel welcome. They didn’t try to impress. They cared. That’s rare. Breakfast is good. Turkish, fresh, and filling. Not five-star variety, but far better than the usual hotel buffet. Coffee is strong. Bread is fresh. There’s a small pool, more for cooling off than swimming lengths, but clean and well kept. Beach access is a short walk and the sea is warm. What you get here is calm, safe, and real hospitality. No pushy tours. No gimmicks. Just people doing their jobs well. If you want a clean base with decent food and outstanding staff, stay here. Would I go back? Yes. Not because it was perfect, but because it was honest.

The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi — it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Antalya. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always available when we needed anything. The location is convenient, close to cafes, restaurants, and the beach. It’s also in a quiet area, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with some added comfort.
