I have a really good stay here. I was looking for some hotel in Antalya for 1 day stay after the flight to get rest. And it was 10/10. Hotel is very new. Room was super clean and comfortable with everything you need. Big comfortable bed, really good conditioner, big shower, even small kitchen with the fridge. And what most important for my rest: really great blackout. So you can sleep as much as you want, it's dark and quiet. Also staff is very friendly, they helped me with the baggage and with the taxi next day. Definitely can recommend.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the young man Mustafa from the front desk. He had a lot of great ideas about what to do and where to go. Great kid. We had no complaints whatsoever. The hotel was clean. Great breakfast. In all we were happy campers.

The hospitality was great. Mustafa from the reception can give you nice ideas where to go and where to eat. Thanks to him, I had a great time. :-) The breakfast was nice changing every day. Room was clean. Supermarkets and pharmacys are just few minutes to walk.

Not much choice on breakfast which can be annoying if longer than average stay.

The question is; what would you expect from a hotel you want to stay at? I would say STAFF would make a huge differences. Yes it's a boutique hotel but from the first day until now as we are still here at the hotel cos we decided to extend until the 10th June, we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. When we kindly asked to upgrade our room, they gave us such comfortable room with a separate sitting area and sleeping room with a balcony was amazing. The selection of breakfast was included and really enjoyed it, then different kind of Turkish soup as branch was offered free, also can order very tasty A La Carte food from the menu with way reasonable than any restaurants out there. People at the reception; lady called MUHSINE was absolutely top class, she knows how to approach to customers for any reason no matter what... very calm, kind, well knowledge and experienced but the way she talks to you with such a lovely smile makes feel like you are at your home. MUSTAFA who sometimes at the reception, you would never see any changes on his face, he s got that innocent face but knows how to deal with anything you want from him. Person at the bar who called DURMUS is one of the best there and he just wants to make sure everything he serves would be the best and he always does best which always makes you happy and enjoy it. I just can't mention more cos cleaners, other staff who work there all been absolutely brilliant, we ve been here so happy, so enjoyed it. The hotel 15mins to Antalya International Airport, 15mins walk to Lara sea front and 15mins drive to Antalya Centre, such a brilliant location where the hotel is and can't find better one for sure. Without even seeing the feedbacks, we experienced the whole staying there would be 10 out 10 for sure. 10 out 10 should sometimes be given these type of great boutique hotels too and I am not exaggerating anything.

Of course like any other top hotels they would need some little things to be improved and as Quality Gold Suit hotel is just few years old, they can have some little things to be improved but I would say THERE WAS NOTHING that I wouldn't like, Everything been absolutely BRILLIANT 🙏

The room

Needs to have more of choice for breakfast

Only came here after staying in a different hotel for 2 nights as it was terrible. Best decision to choose Quality Gold Suite Hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. AC was excellent. Doesn’t turn off when you leave the room like some hotels, great when you come back in after a long day. Location was good, in the city centre, plenty shops and restaurants nearby.

Pool was quite small. About 30 minutes walk to the beach, but not a major issue, uber takes 5 minutes.

The location of the property made it easy to visit all the main attractions as it’s based in the middle of everything so you’re never too far away from anything. The hotel was kept very clean and the rooms were a decent size. Lastly the staff in the hotel were very helpful especially Mustafa who was always there to help us with everything needed. Would stay here if I was to go back to Antalya.

The breakfast was not what I expected and could be improved to have a more holistic choice of menu. The staff were exceptional especially Morat, (I hope that I have the name correct). Outstanding service delivery with a professional and kind attention to detail.
