We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. 🛏️ The room was exactly like the pictures — spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, with great amenities and a super comfortable bed. Our room had a jacuzzi and a balcony. which was a nice touch . Everything about the room felt exceptional. 📍 The hotel is located in a peaceful and silent area, close to a main road but incredibly well soundproofed, so we heard no noise at all. 🍽️Breakfast was tasty, varied, and well-presented — each day we had mostly the same tasty staples with a few new snacks added. The food was healthy and delicious! We didn’t have time to use the hammam, sauna, or massage, but we did enjoy the pool. Normal sized but was always clean and quiet — we had it to ourselves most of the time. Sun shines until mid-afternoon, then you can relax in the shade. Plus there are showers and toilets outside, which was super convenient. 👫The best part of our stay was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The gentleman at reception, who spoke fluent English, Russian, and Turkish, helped us with anything we needed and gave us great local tips. Incredibly professional and kind. The restaurant team anticipated our preferences every morning and were so friendly, sometimes even bringing us water or some fresh watermelon while we were at the pool. A special thank to the young man at the bar, who was super warm and fun, to the kind blonde lady, who was always smiling and professional, and to the gentleman with gray hair at the bar, who despite limited English was very attentive to our needs. Even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally polite — we felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Overall, this is a small hotel with big heart. The quiet location, wonderful facilities, and especially the amazing service made this an unforgettable stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience in a more intimate setting.

Brekfast was great, though we would have liked a buffet so we could choose more freely. Still, the taste and quality were really great. The only real downside was the hotel’s beach. It’s included and they offer a free shuttle, but the beach itself was crowded, noisy, and not very clean. However, that’s outside the hotel’s control and didn’t affect our impression of the hotel itself.

We had an amazing time at Antalya Suite Hotel and Spa, the staff were incredibly welcoming from Mohammed the transfer driver to the hotel staff that took us to our room. The facilities there including the transfer to and from the beach, the pool and the spa were fantastic. Sevket was very kind and helpful and was happy to answer any questions we had. The location was lovely, we were 5 minutes away from Duden Waterfalls. The restaurants around the hotel were great

The property as absolutely stunning, from the outside it is small, the size of the hotel is petite and very quiet, ideal for couples and the rooms are hugeeee, very much affordable, we had a jaccuzi tub in our room we had a TV with a Netflix account we had a balcony we could not ask for more. Location is great about 12-15 minute taxi ride to old bazaar and the central point. They had a decent size swimming pool, and everything was clean and hygienic, I would definitely revisit Antalya and I would only come back to this hotel. The factor that stood for me the most was the customer service was phenomenal, I travel a lot and have never experienced this type of hospitality anywhere, you can literally almost request for anything and the staff will be at your service and the VIP we’re a lady named Asena and a man named Serdar, they made the experience a 100x more pleasant, they went beyond and above for us as if they were our family members, me and my partner were so sad leaving them they made us feel like we were at home. My wife had gone to Antalya on a seperate flight before me and landed in Antalya airport before me so I had requested Asena for a transfer and for her to send a female figure alongside with the driver as I did not feel comfortable for a man on his own to pick up my wife, Asena herself went with the driver to pick up my wife, there was another incident when I had to urgently go to the store late at night and Asena came with me to the shop even though she had finished word and it was late night and she was tired yet she came with me as I do not speak Turkish, she is an absolute sweetheart.

They can improve on the quality on food

Everything is very good, the place is close to the beach and has a private beach. Sauna, spa and others are very good. And the staff,, if i can i want to give them 10 Star

This not smthing like bad complain, we just want that the staff knowing the situation that we had. So they can make it better for the other:) Unfortunately when we got there, the private beach was closed and looked messy. My room at that time was near the reception and restaurant, a little noisy but ok. Jacuzi was broken, somthing come out from the filter and smell. But the staff really fast took care of it. That was finish like 1h and we can’t go everywhere bcs they’re stay in the room. Will be better if they also take care about the clean of the room bcs that was so dusty in toilet, mini bar, and the garden. Utensil for cooking not that clean sadly. I bought cocktail and sadly was small insect in it.

Vice nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is 20 mins by car to the old town. We stayed here as it’s 20 mins from the airport. They provide a shuttle bus to the beach again 20 mins. This is a nice small hotel in a very residential area. There is an issue with noise the stairs are in the middle of the hotel and any noise just reverberates and echos which is clearly a design fault. It’s not a huge problem but can be annoying - when you walk past rooms you can clearly hear people talking inside their room. Breakfast and room was great. Swimming free sauna and steam room also great.

My first visit to Antalya and I was so lucky to book this wonderful hotel. Rooms are new, cozy and clean, everything works fine, the bed is terrific (one of the best I slept on). Turkish breakfast is a benchmark - will stay in my memory, that's how good it was. Spa is compact but you have all you need - sauna, hammam and hot steam room. There is a decent restaraunt so you don't need to go outside looking for food. Would love to stay there again! A tip - indulge yourself and order a transfer from hotel, their in-home vehicle is something special :-)

Yes It's away from Old City but a wonderful park at the seaside is a stone's throw. If you have like a week in Antalya, you can spend some days here (close to the airport) and later move to old city - that would be the best strategy. Note that I'm talking about off-swim season time

Staff were brilliant. We arrived very late around 11pm on the first night and were starving. We ordered room service and were presented with a delicious plate of food which exceeded our expectations. Every meal we had at the hotel was amazing, and the breakfast was an impressive spread of lots of different things. Staff were very friendly. A transfer is able to be organised to and from the hotel for a reasonable price. The pool area is beautiful and very clean with a perfect temperature. If we were to visit Antalya again, we would stay at this hotel.

If I was being really picky, the sauna in the spa could have been a little hotter, but this really wasn't an issue as the weather outside was so hot! It was pleasant to be in there to dry my swimming costume after an evening swim. The staff in the spa downstairs were also very helpful and helped us with the lockers.

The spa bath in our room, comfortable bed, big nice shower, big balcony. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. They paid for our taxi one night because we didn’t have enough cash exchanged to liras but we ofcourse paid it back upon checkout. The room service was really nice.

Very small swimming pool and always busy. We had breakfast included however not everything in the menu was free (you had to pay extra for fresh orange juice, sandwiches etc so we always ended up with an extra charge for breakfast.) Our pillows were very uncomfortable and we asked for different pillows but they were worse lol.

Very clean and well maintained.Friendly staff that were very helpful, they were able to organise a cake for my friends birthday which was lovely.The spa area was also very nice and very reasonably priced for what you get. For a short stay the location is good as it’s close to the airport and close enough to the central area by taxi (about 30 mins). There are also loads of cafes and shops near the hotel.

The breakfast although tasted very fresh was also very simple and was the same most days. The hotel is advertised as beach front however it’s a 10/15 minute drive to the closest beach (larena beach). We went here on our first day as it’s free for hotel guests but didn’t go back, not a beach i would recommend but there are loads within driving distance. Mermeli beach was our favourite which is about 25 mins by taxi. Also if you want to be in the main town near the bazar and marina then this hotel will be a bit to far out.

I enjoyed my stay at Antalya city hotel. My room (elegance suit) was great. I enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. The staff were just amazing. ✌🏽✌🏽 5 star points for Mr Serdar who made my stay at the hotel amazing and comfortable. İbrahim and the other guys at the restaurant were good at their jobs and super attentive to guests needs. Keep it up guys 👍🏽👍🏽 I was blessed to have encountered 3 sisters ( Teo, Laura, Alex) who made my stay at the hotel awesome considering the face that I was a solo traveler. I really appreciate you ladies 😘😘😘 I recommend this hotel any day any time. It’s home away from home.
