Every thing was more than good. The property and the persons who works there . The lobby persons was helpfull.except one thing(see upp).

There where too many cats at the property. İts like they took over the place. They come to you when you eat and climb the table to share with you. Another example when a cat took the elevator with me . The third example was when i took a massage there was a cat sitting on my back. İ like cats but there must be a limit for that not every where. Remember these cats are street cats.

The location was very nice, close to the boulevard where you could have a nice walk and lots of coffeeshops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The staff were very nice and helpful especially Bartu & Bilge. Couldn’t thank them enough for everything.

The hotel is directly under the very busy plane route, and some people may find this a major inconvenience. However, this is beyond hotel's control. Staff are not friendly which I am not quite used to in hotels and I think this needs tobbe improved. I would expect better from a 4 star hotel. I am not really bothered so I still rate the hotel high, but the receptionist nit very welcoming, check in was also not the most pleasant. Restaurant girls looking very miserable, not even bothered to say good morning or smile in the morning. One of the SPA receptionists kind and friendly, the other, not very much so. I don't remember names,but it is obvious if anyone goes there.

The place was clean, and I upgraded my room, which was huge. Bartu, on reception, was very helpful. The hotel was busy and booked, but Bartu still managed to help us upgrade the room, which was such a nice and big room. Thank you, Bartu, Bilge, for being so helpful 😊 and making our stay wonderful. It's an amazing place with a nice restaurant, 2 swimming pools and a spa. And beach shuttle service. Many more things.

The room they gave us was so small that you couldn't even move around, that's why we paid extra and upgraded the room.

This facility was so clean and cosy, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the spa. Can't comment much on the food as iam a very fussy eater but the fruits at breakfast were so fresh and tasty. And the filter coffee was a 10/0 A few minutes walk to duden park and the spectacular duden falls, migros supermarket, cash point and pharmacy all within walking distance. Free Shuttle available to hotels private beach daily.

It can get abit noisy with the aeroplanes. However it is very beautiful to watch

the hotel was clean, the food was OK and the staff were very nice and helpful. there is a lovely little area to eat from different restaurants across from the corner shop. you have to bring your own drinks into the hotel so it works out much cheaper. the pool area was quiet.

my room was on the flight path - but I soon got used to the noise and it didn't bother me. many of the sunbeds were broken - but still useable.

The suite was spacious with sea views. I liked the spa very much, the facilities were clean and working well and the crew was very helpful. The hotel overall is excellent.

I didn't like the breakfast at all. I've never been to a hotel where you should pay for cold or hot beverages in the breakfast. In Optimum Hotel, I was told to pay for water in the breakfast. Some of the crew were rude. The meal was not sufficient, without any varieties. In three stars hotels, there were more varieties.

The staff, especially Murat was very helpful and attentive to stay at the hotel . upon arrival, there was a miscommunication about our airport transportation. However, he reassured us that for our stay, he would do his very best to accommodate us for the inconvenience. we had warm welcome. The room was clean at all times and the staff are very helpful when we required assistance. Murat was outstanding and his customer service was beyond excellence. staff like him, give the hotel a five star. at all times, he was polite, attentive and just ensured anything we required. He will do his best to accommodate us. I will deafly be staying there again and will be making a visit in a few months. Thank you very much Murat, you was amazing and such a pleasure to meet!

had to call reception on many occasions to retrieve toilet paper and clean towels. A small misunderstanding, but the hotel ensure they accommodated us immediately with our needs. thank you

I loved my room and the balcony with the view. The spa was also very nice.

The breakfast was really bad and the manager is not a nice person. Another problem is that it was not replenished regularly. The males working in the hotel need a course on being helpful respectful and better manners.

The staff were very friendly, Murat (the guy on reception) was very informative on my check in, telling me all about the facilities and the services that the spa offers including the restaurant open times etc. The food at the hotel was delicious and a good price. The hotel room that I stayed in was lovely and the cleaning was 100% immaculate I would definitely go back again!

I couldn’t fault the hotel at all, considering it’s quite a new hotel they are doing an amazing job.
