I loved the design of the exterior and lobby for a new hotel and how it is close to all amenities: supermarkets, salons, pharmacies, clinics, restaurants, laundromat all walking distance. Also all the staff were helpful and friendly

The only problems were that the lighting in all the rooms was white, it should be yellow/warmer. The windows could also have more privacy. The bathroom/shower facilities could be improved and there was a smell in one room so I had to move (and the sink and seat move/are not securely fitted). Further, there is very weak water pressure (you have to choose between hot water or water pressure!) there should also be mosquito control as the initial room left me covered in bites. A minor thing also is that the TV was not smart, only Turkish channels. The spa too still needs improvement in aesthetics but I understand that the hotel is new so it still is being improved and hopefully the comments will help!

This in one clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staffed HOTEL.every one speak multi languages. All the staff had most positive and very helpful attitude towards me I have ever experienced in over 50 years of my traveling experience. I met and spoke with I believe owner/manager of the Hotel. Got to hear some of his long term as goals. Simply unbelievable.. my hats off for him to provide and run such a facility!

Inquiries are good. Breakfast is good. Arrangement of booking on arrival is good. Hotel is clean

There is little water in the room Heating in the whole hotel is not good. The lighting in the corridors is not good

no hangers to hang towels and no shelf to put our toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. the ac were leaking and they fixed it for us .

this ticked all our boxes for being a clean,comfy and very reasonably priced hotel, near the airport with lots of amenities nearby.

it was everything we expected. but as it was a brand new hotel recently opened, the spa wasn’t quite ready for use.

needed a place close to the airport after flights got changed and booked for a night staff were friendly, helpful and location is good was appropriate for the purpose of my booking

the staff are an absolute delight. so kind and thoughtful and always willing to help.

the WiFi is really poor and needs attention.

Great location, we had missed our flight back to UK and I looked on Booking.com and this hotel came up, absolute 'gem' really exceptional and the staff were fantastic! Thank you :))
