Peramis looked really new, everything was neat and tidy. Our stay was really pleasant. The cleaning lady was very nice, the girl who served breakfasts helped us with some questions.

I would say that we didn’t feel welcome by a receptionist. She was laughing at us a few times when we were confused by her explanation. We asked about the sauna because it didn’t work until you yourself turn it on(which is weird) and no one helped us to make it work. Also if you know russian be ready that people can swear while working. Some of towels and bed sheets need to be thrown away, saw dirty stains on them.

We loved this hotel. It totally exceeded my expectations. Excellent: - Breakfast - Facilities (breakfast room, entrance, pool area, gym, etc). The gym is outstanding! - Cleanliness and ammenities (it has everything you need!) - Staff (very friendly and helpful) - Check in and check out flexible times. This helped us a lot! In summary, we loved the whole experience, and I look forward to visiting it in the future.

There is only one reason this hotel does not get a 10 secore from me: During the four nights we stayed at the accommodation, there were many noisy guests at night. Some of them would slam the doors, be very loud, and it even sounded as it they started a fight a couple times.

The place was clean, the staff clean everyday if u want them to. There is a button to say if u want the room to be cleaned or to not be disturbed. Breakfast was great and varied each day. And the staff were AMAZING. When we got there, we didn’t have enough cash for the taxi and the receptionist paid for us. Lovely guy. We were also upgraded to king suite as there were no available standard rooms. Also u can order food to reception and collect it.

Though we were upgraded to king suite, we were told we would have to move the next day, and then told that we could stay after packing our things up. Seemed a bit disorganised. Apart from that 10/10

Friendly Stuff, Amazing tasty breakfast with a huge big choice (buffet), really liked the option for free water/juices and different kinds of coffees which were available at any time in the lobby. Room was very modern, big, clean and equipped with everything you need. We even got everyday fresh towels and they changed even the bed covers even though we stayed for a short time. Great Spa with Turkish Hamam and two different Saunas and a nice pool. The gym is big and equipped with everything you need for a good workout. Location was very close to the beach (walking distance 5 min. Not many restaurants in the near, but definitely recommending Star Bakery Restaurant on the opposite of the main Street for affordable, tasty local food options. Overall great place to stay, the area is not very busy and touristic and perfectly located to visit Lara Beach.

You could hear the airplanes as the hotel it is located near the airport. But the rooms were pretty well isolated, so it did not bothered us at all.

The hotel is a good place to stay when arriving from or awaiting a flight. It is reasonably close to the airport and it is easy to get a taxi (the hotel called us a cab and it came in 2 minutes). We only booked the hotel as a base for the day as we had a late flight and we had travelled from our previous accommodation (which was two hours away) earlier in the day. We did not want to stay at the airport for hours and wanted somewhere to shower, change and keep our luggage. The hotel was perfect for our needs. It was clean. Free juice, water, tea and coffee were available throughout the day and the staff were very helpful. As we didn’t stay overnight, I can’t comment on sleep quality or breakfast.

Although there is a pool, it is small. When outside, the planes are noisy as the hotel is close to the airport.

Beautiful new Hotel at the western end of Lara Beach. Exceptionally attentive and friendly staff, fully equipped gym, nice hamam/spa. There was a party on New Years Eve, that I missed unfortunately, but I heard it was great. I had a wonderful stay, hope to return soon, thank you!

Not located in the city center but it was easy to take public transportation to the city. From the airport, it takes about an hour from the airport via public transport so not too bad. You can pay the bus with your credit card. Breakfast was amazing: fruit, bread, fancy coffee maker. We even made sandwiches from the breakfast options to take with us to the beach! Facilities were amazing: spa, pool, gym, friendly check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Two frustrations: 1) the hotel is directly under airway traffic so you hear planes constantly. 2) Our drunk neighbors were ridiculously loud in the hallways outside our room late at night/early morning. This woke us up several times but after calling the office, they were confronted and asked to return to their rooms.

The facilities the staff the value

The only negative is the location. $40 aus taxi fair to terracity shopping for example so taxi fares start to add up. Don’t forget to ask for your amore beach club voucher If the hotel started offering a shuttle bus service to main areas you would be able to get a room because the hotel is amazing value for money

Swimming pool was undergoing refurbishment which wasn't explained to us upon arrival and with the heat a pool would've been good.
