This was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was genuinely included not just in name, but in quality and service as well. The food was varied and delicious throughout the day, drinks were always available, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet well organized. What truly made the difference was the staff. Every single team member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone worked with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for.

We had an unforgettable 6-day family reunion at this hotel, with guests ranging from young children to grandparents. We stayed in the King Suite and made full use of the wonderful facilities. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Sadaf offered us fantastic recommendations, Pedram answered every question with warmth and humour, and Salar and Mehrad made sure we had everything we needed with genuine kindness and professionalism. We’ve travelled to over 50 countries and stayed in countless hotels, but we’ve never experienced staff quite like this—welcoming, helpful, and sincerely friendly. They made our trip truly special.

On the coast of the mediterranean sea sits a true gem of a hotel. I was not sure what to expect   when I went there but what I found was a hotel I would be happy to recommend to friends and family. From the moment we walked in we received a warm welcome from the receptions and welcome team. And this positive impression was reinforced when we went up to our lovely spotless room and relaxed in a nice bath after a long flight. The food in the hotel is exceptional and it is obvious that the chefs and hospitality staff put a lot of effort into making everything special. I was not expecting the quality of the food or the quality of the presentation and vast array of choices.  There was everything from delicious rows of salad options for the health conscious to tasty comfort food to light snacks including the best pizza I have ever eaten including restaurants in Italy. And don’t get me started on the vast array of deserts. They were so beautiful and tasty they would not have looked out of place in a Willy Wonka movie. And there is a lovely patisserie that serves some of the amazing coffees and pastries you will ever eat. Just behind the Bar that is open 24 hours a day and had some of the best cocktails I have ever known and the skill of staff would make Tom cruise in cocktail look like a rank amateur. The entertainment in the evening and during the day was varied and of high quality, And the location was perfect to see all the best that Antalya has to offer, from a relaxing walk down the seafront to  trips to the various attractions like the cable car. We used public transport and it was very easy as just tapping the currency card was around 18 Turkish lira per journey so it was really cheap to get around but there are loads of taxi around if you prefer. Also check out the spa on the -1 level. It is beside the indoor swimming pool and spa and steam rooms downstairs.  The staff are lovely and very professional and the spa itself is very private and relaxing.

To sum up, it is a lovely place to visit. The only down side for me was I had to leave as I enjoyed it so much.

Food, how clean it was, beachfront. Hospitality, staff were fantastic, safety of everyone was exceptional. They closed the pool for one hour to clean broken class that someone accidently broke by the pool. We Travelled as 8 people with two under 5 year olds. They had great time with kids club and activities for them such as face painting. Sadaf in guest relations was amazing on check out day she extending our stay for two more hours then standard check iut time before we went to airport so we could leave our luggage for ease with children in our room at no cost for us. Great service! Will be coming back!

Should have more pools or slides for younger kids/toddlers

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food and drinks menu had abundant good choices.

I was worried about the plastic use at the hotel. All drinking water was provided in plastic bottles and some desserts in plastic cups. Even though they might be collected for recycling, I do not think that this is the best solution and given that the hotel has a eco-friendly label, I believe they can do more about the plastic consumption at the hotel.

A good hotel located by the sea, away from the city center, large shopping malls, and noisy roads. The all-inclusive cuisine is quite good, with a slight focus on Turkish specialties. There is a shuttle to the hotel’s beach, or it’s about a 10-minute walk.

The interior is a bit tired. If you choose a room with a sea view, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to music events in the hotel’s courtyard.

Summary: good location, food, and atmosphere. It was a good location but know that the beach is about a 10 min walk away or there is a short shuttle every 20 minutes. Highly recommend water shoes which you can buy at local stores if needed because there is a bit of a hill of pebbles to get into the water at the beach. There is also a bar and food at the beach but smaller menu. The hotel inside is better than the photos. Beautiful boho style and lots of greenery. Lots of space to relax. The food is pretty good too with a lot of options. There are some vegan/ vegetarian options as well which was nice. Bar had plenty of quality options. Beautiful promenade to walk after dinner The gym is not as described in the photo. It is smaller. You can make it work for a few days but getting leg day in was hard. Most of the equipment was for upper body. I liked the sauna. Spa is a bit pricey. I was traveling with my two elderly parents and they enjoyed it as well.

It would be better if the grounds were cleaned more frequently. Lots of used glasses from the bar just laying around. They need to hire someone to pick up after people or put around more trash cans/ places for people to drop off drink cups or plates.

Everything is well cleaned, enough space for all guests at the beach and in the bar/restaurant. Good air conditioning in the room. Amazing entertainment staff, as well as spa staff and facilities, also bartenders and waiters were great. A lot of different activities every day for adults and kids, great show programs in the evening. Good location, not very far from the airport/city. Good quality/price ratio.

Bad soundproofing in the hotel rooms. The room looks a little worn out in some places. Not enough places to sit in the evening to watch evening shows.

Breakfast was great, with many to choose from, all fresh and delicious, even my 7 years old kid was always happy cause she found something she like, between the Breakfast lunch and dinner you couldn't stay hungry thanks to available snacks, pasta, burgers, ice-cream and many more, the friendly staff was always at your service, making the stay pleasant and welcoming, we was very happy that we choose this hotel for our first holiday in Antalya!
