It is not a resort, it’s a community where you feel safe, relaxed and entertained. The activities’ organizers (the Turkish guy “ Yassin” and the two girls) were amazing and friendly and did everything to keep us happy and unbored. The food buffet is remarkably offered various meals that could match multiple tasters. Miss ENISE : thank you so much for your kindness and care taking of us! Armas Labada Hotel, where I stayed with my family between July 8-12, is a magnificent holiday hotel in every way. Its always smiling staff makes you feel at home. We had a great time with its proximity to the sea, very nice pools, wonderful food and other activities and children's activities. In addition, Sevilay Hanım, Enise Hanım, Şiyar Bey, Cihat Bey, Esat Bey and the Armas family, whose names I cannot mention, are wonderful, I am so glad you exist. See you next year.

From the moment we checked in, Veysel greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. His attention to detail and eagerness to ensure our comfort was apparent throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Margarita, with her infectious energy and delightful personality, made our dining experiences at the hotel's restaurant truly memorable. Her attentiveness to our needs and extensive knowledge of the menu made choosing our meals an absolute delight. Every breakfast and dinner at the hotel felt like a special occasion, thanks to Margarita's warm hospitality. Dilara, a gem of a staff member, took care of our room during our stay. Overall, my stay at your hotel was nothing short of fantastic, largely due to the attentive and caring staff members, Veysel, Margarita, and Dilara.

The beach is close. Our kids enjoyed water park and swimming pool. High food quality and diversity. The hotel staff was very supportive and welcoming. In general, it’s good value-money combination. There is nice community beach/park near by.

The hotel will need facility renovation at some point. Tennis court surface is jumpy; the ball goes too high. It also needs a new net. We used a court in the park near by instead. It’s new, and it has good surface reflection.

I was staisfied by the beauty of Armas Labada. beach access directly , great Pool . All needed facilities are available. very kind staff and helpful. Finally, I want to express a warm special thanks For customer service manager - Margarita ! really she has a super communication skills, efficiency, professionalism in her job. rare to find someone like her. Also thanks for Vysal ,Tahsin And all staff :) .

After staying in a few Armas hotels in the area, Labada came across as the most expensive and the least friendly facility. Lots of food offered but none is great. Beach access and courtyard with budgies pushed it to "good"

Nobody speaks English and talk to you in Russian as they know better. After going to spa a couple of times and trying to relax and have some tea in a chill area, I was approached by one individual who has absolutely nothing to do with massage, more of a sales person. He started his aggressive fraudulent speech of what was found in my body during the massage session and using fear tactics on what is going to happen with me in the nearest future if I don't get more massage mentioned gross deseases related to my feminine health issues (I'm only 30 yo, good shape and health), that is completely unacceptable. He should not be bothering your clients who already chose your spa without his help, he should not be there at a first place bacause his presence and words are absolutely disgusting

Birthday celebration trip We had two rooms for family of 5. We had great view Balcony sea view rooms. Rooms were nice and clean. Lovely food, so much choice, freshly made. We were all inclusive and I would definitely recommend that option for everyone, it's so worth it. My children loved the fresh pancakes every morning, omelette etc..Fresh Kebabs, pizza, chips, icecream at snack times. Lunch was always good and dinner also, lots of dessert cakes to choose from at lunch and dinner, would be nice to include Ice-cream if possible. Drinks available all day, our fridge was full of drinks and refilled. Staff were lovely, waiter Erkan was so helpful and kind. I 100% recommend the Turkish bath, massage and facials, it was fantastic my whole family enjoyed the experience ( including my children). It was amazing and you can negotiate prices if you are in a group. Spa manager and all staff were all so lovely. Hotel reception staff were also lovely and helpful Elsye was so kind and helpful..Thank you Armas Labada for a great stay.

Armas Labada was an excellent resort for my family vacation. The moment we stepped in , we knew it was gonna be a nice summer holiday. The room was spacious and clean. Food was always fresh and there is something for all categories. All the staff are service oriented. The resort is highly recommended.

We stayed a week with our grandmothers and a child of 7 years old. The stay was calm and nice for all the group. We had very helpful chef of guest service available by Whatsapp to organise all our needs (thank you for your great job, Margarita!). Clean sea, enough and cozy sunbeds at the beach and around the pool (but the hotel was not fully booked). Great sun covers at the beach. Food is simple and repetitive but our group didn't suffer. In general the hotel is small cozy family size, the village around is very calm and very small also. Kids club has animation, but we didn't try. The hotel is well planned - evening animation zone is separated from the main hotel, so the rooms facing the sea don't have the noise in the evening.

Hamam didn't work, covered pool was sometimes closed. One slide was out of order. Short list of fruits all days : apple, plum, pear and mandarine. Short list of ice cream: choco, vanilla, strawberry. Table tennis equipment is to change. Free wine is very basic. thou Evening programme for kids starts at 21 (a bit late). Some mosquitos - limites stock of repellents for the rooms. Turkey has a wide range of 5 stars - Armas Labada is among the simple ones, though cozy and with nice ambience thanks to its location and staff

Location is very great , they tried thier best to offer best services and variety of food < workers are very cooperative with nice sea view

swim pool seat are not enough sometimes, also some things should be renewed like toilets door is old and also the cover that protect from sun is not enough in some coffeeshops
