Everything was great! Great Customer Service, great games and events organized by the hotel! A lot of great attractions were made ready by the hotel and they made sure the transport was sorted out from the hotel to the place of event and back. I can say a lot of great things but do not want to overload with information, visit this hotel and you will not regret your decision!!! Everything, from games and events to the area where the hotel was placed, around 3 minute trip to the beach. Nice area for shopping, bars and everything else. There is very small space in the hotel, all animation in the area of the swimming pool. To find a not busy table for breakfast, lunch and dinner is a problem, you need to come in advance or later for that. The same thing with sunbeds around the pool, there are not many of them and they are always busy. Also if you are traveling with a car the parking is a huge problem, you should be extremely lucky to find a place. There is also only one light spot in the bathroom, and thus, it is very dark in the shower.

The choice of food could be better. I know, some people like dill but it was very often on the salads. You shouldn’t use it very often. The beach could be cleaner.

I like everything about it, but the thing is I like more great from this hotel specially for food and activities at night. It will be better. I didn't say it's bad but I wish to be better because I love this hotel.

The staff is really great. Special thanks to the hotel manager Mehmet who not only helped with all questions but also provided me with a place in the office so that I could work. Food: Tasty. Large selection of vegetables and fruits. Pool: Clean Beach: There was no such thing as a bar (only tea, and water), but that's even a plus - no music on the beach :)

It is located in a great place next to the sea. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony was nice. Overall, it was ok for a 4-star hotel but pricewise expensive

Territory of the hotel is small. Sometimes, there is no available table for lunch or dinner. You have to wait for someone to leave first. The fitness room was also equipped with old training machines, and most of them didn't function well. Furthermore, food was mostly repetitive and not as good as I wanted it to be.

Really good service, friendly and helpful people at the reception. Quiet at night. Good breakfast with a great variety of food. Food quite good at dinner, many options. We had some special requests and they happily served us. Nice location near the beach and stores, bus stops near by. The heating and AC system worked well.

Had to eat mainly outside by the pool because there are only a few tables inside. It was not that warm. They allow smoking at the tables and you need to have the dinner with the smokers next to you. The rooms are quite old, little worn. Sometimes water was cold or had to wait for a long time to get hot water in the shower.

.My husband and I went to Alanya for the first time. The location of the hotel was great. It was across from the beach. The hotel was beautiful. Also. the room was very spacious and comfortable The staff was friendly and very professional. The food was excellent and had many options. The manager was very approachable, and was always around. We had the opportunity to talk with him about working together in the future. Not only he took the time to provide the info we asked for, but actually follow through with what he said. The Monte Carlo Hotel is definitely a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Alanya.

Very good position, 2 minutes walking to the beach! Very nice and helpful staff! Good variety of food and drinks! The room was nice, clean and very confortable!

At the beach bar just a few drinks as coffees, juice and water! Should have also beer, Coca Cola, Sprite and Fanta! The beach bar is a minus for this place and also they don’t have any ice cream! Also I didn’t like on the beach the distance between sun beds and water, is far away!

everything went really well, the food was excellent as was the service. I was also really happy with the cleaning, even my hairbrush was cleaned. special thanks to kaan who made our holiday unforgettable
