Very good location, close proximity to the Sabiha airport. Excellent opportunity to treat yourself healthwise. the Staff is really well trained. A lady with a beautiful name Kumru was exceptionally professional and a wonderful person. I am impressed with her skills and attitude. SO was Ilayda and little Ayana. I express my gratitude to the hosts in the restaurant, who were extremely nice and made it feel like you are welcomed. Thank you very much, I hope you enjoyed my small souvenirs. I greatly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back at another opprtunity. I wish you all the success in your business and you really know how to do it.

like evrywhere in Turkey - not enough light

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The à la carte dinner at the restaurant was truly magnificent. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, making for a restful night. The staff were friendly and helpful; they even arranged a cab for me to the airport at checkout, which I really appreciated. I used the spa, and loved the massage that was recommended to me by the staff member.

I did not find the pillows too comfortable, but since there were two in the room, I simply switched them and made it work. The sink was slightly clogged, which is a common issue at the hotels in general, so I’d consider it a minor inconvenience.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but at Istanbul Medikal Termal we did not really need to go far. The restaurant was fantastic, staff were always eager to assist and the spa facilities and staff were fantastic. Teo (Massage Therapist) was so patient with my daughter who accompanied me. All staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again!

It would have been great if there were swimming / bathing costumes that could have been bought at there spa so my daughter and myself could join at the pool - we didn't pack correctly. Don't forget to pack swimming clothes!!

This is one of our favorite hotels. The warm pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The spa is wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty and of high quality. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Excellent Wi-Fi. During one of our stays, we forgot a wallet in the safe and a bag with clothes. We contacted them, and during our next visit, they returned everything to us. Thanks to the entire staff and their manager for the calm and relaxing stay at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in between flights. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from Sabiha airport. I really enjoyed my spacious room with a large balcony with lovely view. It is very important for me to exercise in the sun with privacy and beauty. The bedding was of the highest quality, too. The swimming pool, thermal jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage rooms and mud rooms cater for men and women separately. In addition to these areas, there is a large mixed thermal pool for both disabled and healthy people. All the facilities are very clean and cozy. After leaving I was allowed to use the thermal pool for free. The thermal water is amazing and really helps with fatigue and stress. The hotel works closely with Booking.com and does its best to fulfil the expectations and needs of the guests, the staff are very kind and attentive. This caring attitude is very important to me as a customer.

All was fine.

There was a good variety of traditional food available for both breakfast and dinner. The ambiance of the hotel itself was faultless but front of house staff was the only let down unfortunately.

The staff member who I called in distress from the airport the night I landed was most unhelpful. I was left stranded for almost 2 hours in a strange city with yellow cabs and others trying to exploit my ignorance because no airport shuttle was provided as initially advertised. The Uber service was clearly unregulated and there was no acknowledgement of my ordeal making my way to the hotel (only 10 minutes from airport). I was charged for a journey I did mot take and cabs kept adding gratuity to rides.

In normal Television no western Europe tv channels, around 60 channels but not even 2 or 4 german channels. IP TV was given, but as internet connection was not well, was not able to look it, but thanks for the possibility and the try.

Nice hotel. Staff was good. There was an error on the booking. They. Fixed it. They booked taxis for us to go to marina and airport. Thermal . Pools where very nice, hot tub and sauna was niceThey give u slippers and towel. Everything was clean. Food was nice, different.variety. 3 course meal. Eat all you can. But you can’t really eat much, you get full. Going to marina was 2 pounds. There are some grocery shops and places to eat close to the hotel.

Pillows where too soft. Food had to be served by them. There’s 2 people serving. There was a long queue. It would be quicker to self serve.

Room was big and had nice view. Pools at the underground floor. Breakfast was plenty. Bathtub in the room.

Was not very clean. Pillow was very high, hard and old. At the pools other people were shouting, was difficult to relax. The room had a very strong hospital smell which made it feel like I was in a hospital at all times when in my room. Dinner for 20 euro is overpriced. Bed was old and noisy whenever I had to turn side.

Breakfast was fresh, different choices, vegetarian and meats. Personnel were exceptional. Administrator on reception was very helpful and especially the manageress of the hotel Kumru who gave especial attention to me. Medical personnel were very helpful.
