First time at the Ada Julian and I don't think it will be our last, it's quite small compared with other hotels, but had a lovely feel, & was more personal and relaxed atmosphere than the big places, it was great!!!!! . The Hotel is in a great location, and we were made very welcome from the moment we set foot though the doors, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, explained everything to us before being taken to our room. The staff are second to none here, working hard all day, & a special mention goes to the lovely Kubra and also Erol, who looked after us exceptionaly well at meal times, with nothing being too much trouble for them. We found the AI food to be well above average for AI, with rice being the only thing that was on the menu every day, every other dish was different every day. . There was not a lot of choices but everything was good quality and even my wife was able to find something she liked to eat everyday at all meal times, and she is a VERY fussy eater. Our room in the 4th floor (1410) & was huge, with 2 x 6ft beds, a sofa, 2 x arm chairs, table, and a 40" smart tv, lovely bathroom with huge shower & overlooked the Irish bar next door, there was noise from there at night, but with the balcony door closed & AC on TBH it never really bothered us. It's an adults only hotel (16+) and there is no evening entertainment, but plenty to go to outside the hotel if you walk to the seafront or either way along the main road. Beds are very firm but it seemed to suit us, as both slept well every night. Thers's free WiFi in the hotel but it wasn't very good in our room and kept dropping off, we had difficulty logging into the system but the staff at reception sorted it out for us.

The only gripe we had was the lack of tea, coffee, sugar and especially WATER supplied in the rooms, 2 coffee sachets, 2Tea bags a few sugars & coffee whitener (no milk pots???) are not enough, and MUGS rather than the very small cups suplied in the rooms would have been nice. The fridge didn't get very cold even though it was on the max setting, and the weak WiFi could be improved. A small light in the tea/coffee station would also have made things easier to see what you are doing as the space is very dark.

The property was very close to almost everything including the beach. They had a private beach section alongside pool area. The room was large and spacious alongside balcony. The hotel is very easy to find and they provided you free soft drinks whenever we wanted some. The hotel dinner was nice and worth.

When we first arrived we thought they would take our baggage upstairs as all the hotels do, instead they just gave us the keys and told us to head off. They also didn’t explain the location of the private beach section so we was walking around trying to find our hotel area on the beach. The shower was blocked so we had to wait for the water to go down before we could continue to shower. It is next to a bar which plays very loud music every night until early morning so if you plan to sleep then you need to be mindful.

Great hotel. Good location. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic staff who cannot do enough for you. Excellent food.

Excellent hotel for good price with discount if you book it in the app. Comfortable room with balcony (view to the street) and shower. Close to the sea, hotel has its own private beach, it's free for guests. Personal gives you a card for the beach towel. Smart breakfast is included. There is a swimming pool in the yard. Not big, but nice and clean. Sauna is free on the ground floor, where spa area and gym are situated. Massage is an extra. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It takes 10-15 minutes to the bus station, where you can buy a ticket to Dalaman airport.

Everything is perfect, but I expect more items for the shower (gel and shampoo).

Excellent staff. Food is good though not haute cuisine. Rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is clean and the temperature of the water was ideal for swimming. Wi Fi connection is excellent. I recommend the massage service offered in the Spa at a reasonable price.

We had to move rooms due to the noise of the pub opposite the hotel. This was handled very efficiently by the hotel receptionist. The gym equipment was not working: treadmill and exercise bikes.

The reception team was very supportive—both the gentleman and the lady in the hijab (I didn’t catch their names). I gave them a bit of a hard time by changing rooms, but they remained incredibly helpful and patient throughout. I could see they were working very long shifts, and I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism.

Fried eggs and omelettes were cooked and then put on the side under a lamp for people to take. However as not many guests in the hotel, these were then cold, the lamp didn't keep them warm. Most other hotels cook these, in front of you..also the whites on the the eggs were not properly cooked as were clear and jelly like in places.

I had an excellent experience! It was my daughter's birthday, and they surprised her with a cake. The food from the buffet was delicious, and the menu changed daily, offering a remarkable variety. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located close to everything, with a large supermarket right across the street.

Location was excellent, close to everything, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everybody.

There was no parking available or the ability to drop of your luggage at the hotel, had to park a good distance away and take my luggage through the heat to the hotel. Not a good experience

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Everything was walking distance. Lots of shopping and food nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly as we got there at 4am. They were quick and ready to help, especially the guys on reception desk at night (sorry forgot names). All kitchen staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will look forward to stay again in the future
