me and my mum we had wonderful holiday here. sea and beach infront of the hotel is amazing. the service people are so kind, and have excellent manner. the breakfast was super delicous! during our stay, so often , managers and service people asked us if everything alright and if we have any extra wishes. that was so kind! especilally my mum was treated super well during her breakfast, she was super happy about that, thank you very much for kindness and excellent service (especially to Mr Burak, Miss Meryem , Mr Baran 🥰) I also definitely recommend rooftop restaurant, Monachello. We were there so many times and we fallen love with the sunset 💛 there is also super nice hostess there and she always finds the most beautiful table. She did her best to give us best table with best view! by the way, i read in some comments about overpricing, but as a local person, I can inform you that Bodrum is the most expensive city in Turkey. and this hotel has a great view, excellent service and perfect hospitality. So, I can tell you that prices are definitely reasonable when you compare with other hotels in Bodrum. please be aware of that , you dont only pay for food at the Monachello restaurant, but you also pay for excellent service and epic sunset view! lastly thank you very much Swiss Hotel for great stay!💚

The Swisshotel is beautiful - stunning view across the Aegean to Kos, the breakfast is great and very plentiful and staff very helpful and fixed any issues we had quickly (eg: air con and hot water). The spa is a lovely addition too, though feels a bit dated in places, my foam hammam was an incredible experience - definitely one to try. Our family suite was fantastic with masses of space, comfy beds and a beautiful sea view including gorgeous sunsets. There is a small shop a few minutes walk from hotel where you buy fruit, snacks etc.

The location of the hotel is definitely not central, you need to take a taxi to the nearby marina in Turgutreis which has lots of options for dinner, taxis come quickly and is less than 5 mins away so not a big issue. We visited end of May which felt a bit off season with only one restaurant open (and very expensive). Whilst nobody can control the weather it was very windy for the first 2 or 3 days we stayed at the end of May which meant we couldn't sit outside or use the outside pool / beach - worth checking normal weather patterns if you plan to travel out of peak summer which I assume would be more consistent weather wise.

- Beautiful stylish interior design and nice and well designed territory, very good and clean room - Big and comfortable king-size bed - Helpful and understanding personnel, helped me out to arrange a car rental and restaurant bookings around the area - Very good and tasty breakfasts; apparently, we were the only guests in the hotel for the first day of our stay, and everything was at the best level - Comfortable and relaxing spa facilities

- Room design problem with toilet / shower almost in the same room as the bedding and without any separation - Spa seems to need certain refurbishment, could not figure how to turn on the jacuzzi - Nothing at the minibar

I liked the location, hotel beach, excellent breakfast, room size and design, hotel service, spa. It was a pleasant stay with my friend and my family. I would like to thank all the staff esp. Miss Ela and Mr. Fatih Aziz at the reception and Sefa and his colleagues in the restaurant section. I will definitely recommend the hotel and will visit again.

The menu at the restaurant was over priced and could have been more delicious. I did not try the Japanese cuisine.

I haven’t seen my mother for four years and it was our special Holliday together for 7 nights. We had a room with a picturesque sea view. The hotel is beautiful and minimalistic so it allows you to appreciate the stunning landscape and the company of your loved one. The service was flawless. The room was always tidy and clean. The staff is the most caring and thoughtful. All your needs are gonna be meet. The restaurant upstairs is delicious!! You can have a 3 course meal or just a simple main course or just a salad and you won’t feel awkward about it.

Very friendly staff, super professional, always smiling and attentive to any requests! Big spa area with several saunas and covered pools. I came to this hotel with strong pain in my shoulder. I got excellent massage treatment by a professional Nurgül by name. I can recommend her as she’s done magic to me. After only two massage sessions pain was gone

The selection of food in the restaurant could have been wider in my view. I only stayed for two days but if I would choose to stay longer it would have been boring. The food itself was very tasty though. Some equipment in the spa area was unfortunately out of order, like hamam in the women part and the whirlpool bath in the joint area

We really loved the hotel and resort and were happy with everything. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It was cleaned to a very high standard. The beach and decking areas are really lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the resort facilities. The breakfast was lovely with an excellent selection and good quality. The food at the beach bar was also really nice. We also enjoyed the hotel's rooftop restaurant and found the view at sunset to be stunning. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay.

The taxis do take a while to get around the region and the resort is not close to some of the places that we wanted to visit for dinner etc but the location was lovely in other ways, including the view of sunset and the fact that it is a quiet area, where you can have a restful break. It is a very small thing but it would be nice if spoons and napkins were laid out on the breakfast tables, as standard, rather than having to ask staff for them.

Great Location with a clean private beach. The amenities are great (especially the Spa and the Indoor heated pool & outdoor pool). The marina is about 30 minutes walking distance away from the hotel and you can find plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff members were helpful and friendly and I would recommend the resort most definitely!

The resort is a bit far from the center but it is manageable to go there by taxi and it takes about 25 minutes. The indoor pool closes at 8 and we were hoping that it could be open 24/7 since it is indoor. Those were minor dislikes but they had no effect on our stay.

great location, excellent facilities, exceptionally professional staff (we had a flat tire on the departure day and the shift manager arranged temporary fix and an appointment at the nearest tire shop). I was there at the low season, so cannot provide opinion on the restaurants and shop on the property (if they are on par with spa/gym that were open, I'd expect them to be excellent).

Lights and window blinds were rather confusing to operate. Could not get a sleeping mask as well - that's probably should not be an issue at a five star hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff very friendly and accommodating at all times. The wellness facilities were luxurious and clean.
