Front desk clerk, Sean was the best! I was disappointed about the pool being closed..again! But Sean told me the hot tub was open and so was the pool, and that the pool was really cold and I could still go in, but I declined. My grandson and his friend jumped into the pool, though. He told me about all the new renovations that will be happening. I'm very impressed with Sean! Finally, I met a young man who really enjoyed his job and shows it! He's a keeper! What an amazing property! Everything was clean, the facility is decorated beautifully, but the real gem at this hotel was James! He greeted us very warmly, provided us with a list of restaurants & personal recommendations, & made sure everything was good! The pool/spa area was immaculate & it was so nice to relax in the spa after a long day of driving & sightseeing. Our room was very clean, the beds & pillows were great! The coffee provided with the coffee maker was excellent! Linens & towels were really good, as were the bath amenities! Breakfast was very good. This is somewhere I will stay again, should I find myself in Winslow another time!

Everything was great!

I liked the weight room because I can have my own space. I also like the set up of the breakfast area. The food choices are great. And we love the pool area.

1 thing I didn't like personally. Was 1 specific person. He was very rude. They other times he was there working, we tried to purchase a room he told us no. It was between 2 and 3 in the morning. We were traveling from parker and were extremely tired. We had to continue on the rest of our way home.

Facility was obviously renovated recently. Done very well! Pool area was inviting and I liked what they did with the work out room although I didn’t have time to make full use of the facility. Beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Offered a nice breakfast, and the breakfast area was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Felt like I was really welcomed. Overall, a great place to stay.

Everything was exceptional, I would definitely recommend staying here. And About the breakfast it was good just wish there was more options as far as the main course besides just the waffles..other than that was perfect quiet clean an friendly. Especially when checking in the gentleman that checked me in on June 14th was very informative explained everything. Friendly staff.

More choices for breakfast

The bed was comfortable, and the room spacious enough. The A/C kept the room at the temperature I wanted without issue. I had no trouble connecting my Switch to the TV, and the games played perfectly, with no input lag.

The only things I would improve are in the shower. The tubs could stand to have a bath mat to reduce chances of slipping, and the showerhead could have been cleaner to allow better water flow.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds cozy.

The AC in our room was not very good. Its fan wasVERY loud and shrill all throughout the night. It was too hot to turn it off. It barely cooled the room enough to sleep comfortably.

Just renovated. Great gym with weights, machines, and cardio equipment. probably the best value from New Mexico to Flagstaff as I travel I-40 a lot for work

The bar and restaurant are opening next week I think so I missed that. the free breakfast was still included but not a dinner menu yet

Breakfast variety was excellent

The one thing that stands out the most was the rudeness of the person in the breakfast area. I went in 10 minutes before six and she said we’re not open. Can’t you tell the lights are off. I said I’m sorry I didn’t realize. We open at 6 she replied stuffing her face with breakfast.

Pool and jacuzzi were open! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Outside looked newly remodeled. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast was not that great! Mostly carb and sugar loaded. Inside of room needed updating. Not enough lighting outside the entrance door in the back. Had to use our cellphone flashlight to see card to insert correctly.
