The location of the hotel is excellent with quick and easy access to 273, I-95, Route 1, Route 7 - pretty much any road you need to get to anywhere in the state. The room is what one would expect from a standard hotel: the beds were comfortable with clean linens, bathroom was clean and modern, the AC/Heater kept the temperature comfortable, and the shower was hot with good water pressure.

There is no elevator, so luggage has to be taken up the stairs. The location of the electrical outlets was less than ideal for charging phones near the bed.

I loved the room. Everything was clean, bed was very comfy. I think my room could have been an adjoining room which is why voices from next door could be heard.

There was HUGE confusion about the location of the hotel. I was told it was part of University Plaza and the address was 260 Chapman Rd. I went there, found a 2 story building with HUGE written numbers giving that address, but ALL doors were locked, I could not get in. I finally gave up and decided to find a different hotel, saw a sign for Staybridge Suites, and pulled in. Turns out that was THE Ramada Inn. VERY confusing! However I was very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again.

Location, location, location!! I had a family member at Christiana Care Center. The property was only a short distance from the hospital. Shopping was literally across the street, craft store, drug store & grocery store all within easy walking distance. Front desk staff all hours of day & night were friendly & helpful. Breakfast staff, Lisa was a bright light to start the day off even though my trip was not for pleasure.

Cigarettes butts could be cleaned up in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. There was one women whom helped at the desk who was excellent but there was another person who you can tell didn't like helping at all and would not even answer the phone when it was ringing, because I called 20 times before I got there and no answer. And when I got there and explained that the good person said she literally just got there while the other girl had been there but doesnt like to answer the phone

The lady at checkout (not the one who checked us in) was very stroppy and confrontational,when asked about the deposit and to check the room because she took a deposit she was unwilling to do so Because the hotel took the deposit and not just put it on a hold ,like other hotels this cost us money when put through a non American credit card

The second door on the bottom floor that takes you out to the courtyard and the pool view. So refreshing.

The towel shortage that they had but that's okay, if you're happy that's all that matters.

The location was perfect for our trip to University of Delaware

The room needs updated. The electrical outlet wouldn't keep our charging blocks plugged in. The TV worked but was a very outdated style. The hallways smelled like weed and so did our room first thing in the morning

I loved how everyone. made you feel like family

communication between staff is very limited to the point that I told both the night time people that I would like the room for another week and was told that it would be fine two days later it was time to pay and I alerted the lady at the front desk that I had reserved my room for another week because of the miscommunication between daytime staff and night time staff I had to vacate the premises that day by noon time I had to have my fiancé leave his new job to move everything to a rundown little motel without most of our stuff for the simple reason that people were stealing our things as my daughter was putting the stuff downstairs

It was very close to the exit of the highway. We asked for a ground floor room as we had to carry two kids and the staff member was very helpful and found us the last room . He was friendly and polite.

They do not have an elevator which is fine as long as you don’t arrive late and carry kids.

Nice breakfast. Large clean room.

Refrigerator didn’t have any adjustment. Some of our food froze no matter which shelf. My husband wanted to stay out by pool after check out because my event wasn’t over until 2. He was told he had to vacate premises. Not cool!
