The room was very spacious and clean

That there isn’t a “quiet time” that is asked to be observed. I cannot believe how many people throughout the night were telling people goodnight and making plans right outside of other patron’s rooms. There should be a policy stated to everyone that they should say their good nights and good bye’s in the lobby and to respect others that are trying to sleep.Also the elevators ‘dings’ are what too loud during the night, could they be toned down during the night?

Clean and the 3rd party vender I used hadn't confirmed my reservation. They worked well enough with the vendor but the property didn't do anything besides sell me a room.

The coffee tasted so weak, it was as if they were using grounds and water in the same room, not the same pot. Other than that, there was the normal choices you would expect.

The location, the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and a mall. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and tasty.

The cleaning, during my stay they never cleaned my room. There were enough towels for multiple days but for the price you expect high cleaning standards. The service at the reception could be improved considering the price.

Breakfast included was a big selling point. Nice size room quiet and clean. Park lot was very clean and close to the main entrance.

Some fresh fruit like melons and strawberries would nice. Some milk for drinking and even chocolate milk. I’m not a fan eating and drinking from paper products after all this is a sit down break.

Great hotel room for the money. It was one of the cheapest nights we stayed in. We had a great time here on our road trip from south to north.

The description said there would be two bedrooms, but there was only one bedroom (with two beds). I would have liked to have two different rooms, but ok.

Hampton Inn's complimentary Breakfast is literally the best hotel breakfast. Great quality food and always well stocked. The hotel is in a convenient central location to shopping centers and nearby restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our special requests as well. The suite was a great size and the bed was super comfy.

Very minute and easily fixed, but the hotel provided soap had allergens in it. We usually read the packages prior to using them so it didn't cause any issues but if someone has a tree nut allergy bring your own soap or mention it when booking. (We also want to shout out the front desk for providing us non-allergen soap quickly!)

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good it was a buffet style set up. Staff was friendly.

I requested a microwave in my room when i booked it and never got one even when asking at the time i checked in . The major disappointment was that the indoor pool area was cold and so was the water so you couldn't use it

Fitness center is ourstanding. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great.

A negative on breajkfast s that the staff started clearing away food before the stated 10 am closing hour

We are motorcyclist the girl the morning we checked out was yelling us for parking underneath the awning when we had it approved the night before by the receptionist. Turns out the car that was parked underneath. The awning was there employee blocking entranceway.

Room was clean, loved the shower, breakfast was good, Staff was kind and courteous.
