Spacious, Convenient, and Great for Longer Stays Great hotel just minutes from LAX with a free airport shuttle that runs 24/7. The rooms are huge, with full kitchens and comfy beds, perfect for families or long stays. The breakfast buffet is solid, and there are food options like Starbucks and pizza on-site. Staff is friendly, and the outdoor pool and gym are nice extras. My only complaints are the high parking fee (around \$50/night) and a bit of noise if your room faces the runway. Still, a great value and super convenient if you're flying in or out of L.A. Would definitely stay again!

Ms Lawrence, the receptionist who gave delighted solution to us when we checked in. The booked room was not ready although we came around 7pm. We accepted her offering to up grade the room with additional fee.

1. The situation when room up grade offering was cancelled by another hotel staff, although it had been mentioned to us as solution to overcome unavailable booked room when we checked in the evening. However we finally got the up graded room that had been offered 2. There was a plate which still dirty in the room. It had a brown stan on the plate, so disgussting

Great location, room (had a kitchenette) + good continental breakfast. Awesome staff! BUT when taking the shuttle bus from LAX, be sure to take the Residence Inn shuttle, not the regular Marriot, it cost us $17 to Uber 1/4 block to the Residence!

Marriott hotel (1/4 block away, we now know) did not know where the Marriott Residence Inn was (costing Us a $17 Uber ride - also shame on Uber).

There are a lots of positives like: - Very courteous and prompt staff - Super spacious rooms - Decent Breakfast - Kitchenette is in the room is very useful Also some useful tips for future travellers: - There would be an incidental hold of 250 USD on your card which would be released after you check out (for credit card - it may take 5 days, for debit card - it could be up to 10 days) - Parking would be 54 USD + Tax per day which would be deducted from the incidental hold of 250 USD taken on your card. Parking is very convenient (you will have to tap the room key at the entrance and exit of the parking lot) - For smokers: Outside the hotel, you have smoking areas (front entrance and the rear entrance) - Do not expect any doctors in the vicinity, a couple of clinics but they are useless. They will entertain only work related injuries. For any medical support, you can rely on CVS (a medical store) which could be really helpful.

A little expensive as it is very close to the airport

Room decently clean, breakfast wasn't the same two days in a row, quality mid to good, coffee quite good. That said, be aware weekend and weekday breakfast are at slightly different times, so don't plan monday breakfast on what they told you sunday.

The whole facility seems to have two luggage carts - not in the greatest shape. If you are traveling with enough luggage to need them, they may or may not be available. Staff is surprisingly small for a facility of this size, but they get the job done.

Great place to stay near LAX! We stayed in a family suite, which was very spacious and perfect for our group of four adults. The downstairs lounge area is roomy and inviting, and the entire place is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle every 30 minutes is super convenient. Breakfast was incredible—something for everyone, seriously. This will definitely be our go-to hotel anytime we’re flying in or out of LAX. The only downside? No bar. Period.

The ample, modern rooms were comfortable for a family of five. Room, bathroom, sheets were clean. Love the open shower concept. Breakfast was glorious. There were plenty of options for someone who does not like to start the day eating sweets. Mi kids enjoyed the steel cut oats with plenty of nuts, raisins, shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Yum! Their coffee was also to die for. Wish this service was standard for all hotels.

The shuttle lady was bossy and unaccommodating.

Tidy and good service, felt safe and airport shuttle is very convenient. There’s a little mart in the lobby to make up for there being no groceries close by.. they have robots delivering things which was cool. Incidentals was refunded promptly

Checked in late and so room had a couple issues.. door handle for bathroom would come out and would occasionally slide out from the hinge. Otherwise the room is very spacious and comfortable. Would appreciate if there was a kettle.
