the Palm Court was conveniently located near the Highway 99 & freeway access; the property was clean and well maintained which included our room; the staff member Kym who greeted us was very welcoming and helpful; the went out of her way to accommodate our needs for ground floor room and dogs;

my only complaint is that the fee for room increased by a few dollars for each night we stayed; also the staff member at the front desk mentioned that they do not get the typed messages that a customer uses when booking the room

The property was very easy to find, convenient location right off the freeway and also close to the medical offices I needed access to for my stay. It’s on a main road which makes it an ideal location for those services.

The property was fine, it’s a no-frills very basic type of room but served its function well. For Modesto, it’s great, there’s not a lot of decent options in that city, so it’s definitely on the better end for this location. I also had issues with the WiFi, it’s an insecure connection, so my work laptop would not connect to it - which was highly inconvenient since I was not able to to do much of my remote work while staying there unfortunately.

This hotel is close to family , shopping, and restaurants. It is close to the freeway but not so close you hear all of the traffic. The room was large and well lit. Breakfast offerings were very good, and free parking was a definite plus.

The pillows didn't really feel like pillows. They took the anti slip bath mat and didn't replace it, and coming out of the parking lot is a little hard if you're not going to the right of the hotel.

The breakfast was very good nice, fresh. Staff was very patient and respectful. The breakfast area was kept very clean

The only thing I was displeased about the breakfast was another person who was staying at the hotel was very impatient and rude. I was making my kids some waffles scrambled eggs and sausage and they didn't like that even though the staff was in the process of restocking the food and waffle batter

Breakfast very good. The server that Sunday was excellent. Curteous, offered to help and get items not out for service. She kept the area very clean and appetizing. Most impressed with this part as well as the welcome we received from the front desk on Saturday afternoon. Air conditioning worked great! (Old but functioned wonderfully)

Thin bedding. There needs to be a heavier quilt/spread/blanket on the bed. At least in the room. Little noisy for a short time from room above. Great accommodations otherwise.

This was a convent stopping place on our way north. It was in good proximity to a nice dinner and breakfast. And we rested between driving times.

The shower water came out of the bathtub even with the shower curtain properly tucked into the bathtub. The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable .

VERY CLEAN, INSIDE AND OUT

MATTRESSES WERE HARD AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THERE WAS ANY PADDING. PILLOWS WERE TOO SMALL. NO ADDITIONAL BLANKETS OR PILLOWS WERE STORED IN THE BEDROOM. WISH YOU HAD SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER LIKE OTHER HOTELS.

Breakfast was good. The eggs and sausages were warm and there was a good selection of muffins and other breakfast items.

The second morning there was not as much of a selection of items, no sausage or other breakfast meat.

Everything but the pool was the most fabulous and the food along with everything else. I really couldn’t say anything bad about that day. It was wonderful.

We were all happy with breakfast. It was wonderful and so is the pool.

Everything’s good it’s a nice property

The only issue I had was the housekeeper knocked and immediately opened the door, which didn’t give me a chance to say I was in the room. I felt a little uncomfortable since I was in bed.
