The air worked, free parking, customer service was good, cheap and worked out for my family just because we were only at the hotel to sleep we were always out by 11 am and back around 11pm or a bit later

The location is literally right off the free way so a lot of homeless people around, other than that the area isn't completely horrible. Beds and pillow were uncomfortable, random kid running down the hallway in just underwear, double bed is good for one person not two, sofa bed area didn't get enough air, sofa bed is so uncomfortable you could feel the iron bars underneath. Room service come every other day, people smoking weed at 3 am on a Monday night!

Location was okay close to restaurant and shopping center.

My husband used a wheelchair and we needed a ADA room. When we arrived the side doors weren’t ADA friendly at all. The elevator was okay but tight fit. When we got to our room my husband’s chair didn’t fit through the door frame. We had to use the rolling office chair to get him from the hallway into the room. He used that chair to move around room and restroom. I think the doors should be made a little wider to make it easier for wider wheelchairs.

It’s an old looking building. It needs some remodeling but the service was really good. It needs some new beds and crips for babies.

The staff was awesome! From checking on, room service to breakfast in the mornings and dining in. Everything went well

Room was nice a bit out dated but clean. Kids loved the breakfast.

Towel in bathroom had a hair on it. Called reception desk to get more towels and no answer.

At first I was a little scare for the Bad comments but when I was there everything was VERY good

Weird people around

Breakfast was good and room clean. Everything was warm and cozy especially the dining room and very nice swimming pool and garden view. People and Receptionist very polite and good manners of everyone there working.

The quiet place in my room

I loved the hot breakfast, it was very filling. The bed and shower was great. The location of the area wasn't far from the walk of fame area.

There wasn't too much I didn't like but if I had to choose , the door connected to the room was a little noisy at night by slamming and I wished the AC unit stayed on longer through the night.

The room was extremely clean. The bar near my room was a bonus.Most of the staff was friendly and curteous.

The vent in my room.101 was not working. There was a tear in the carpet approx. 3" long.located in the transition between hardwood floor and carpet entrance. There were visible pilot holes on shelf on both sides near the microwave.Had very difficult time finding parking on Saturday night.

The entry light in our room was out and we went to breakfast and went back the room to gather our things and our toilet wouldn't flush 😑 I let the front desk know this upon checkout and she said she'd make a note of it, but she never once said sorry for the inconvenience
