Clean, comfortable, quiet. Front desk staff on Saturday went above and beyond to help us sign in early so we could get to my granddaughter’s wedding at 2:30. We were staying at another hotel that was dreadful. We were able to get a room at Hampton and register a bit early. Thank you!!! Also, commendation to the Sunday morning chef who managed the food service alone that day. Despite what must have been a hectic morning for her, she was kind and sweet to all.

Only small item- faucet in bathroom sink is wobbly and in need of repair or replacement. All else was fantastic.

The location. Son attends UMES so ease to move him in and shop. Walmart across the street. Texas Roadhouse has really good food. Location provides breakfast.

There should be a sign over the waffle iron to inform customers not to put extras in the waffle batter. There was huge problem with customers putting chocolate chips, strawberry with syrup, etc, in their batter and cause the mix to stick to the iron and thus making a mess. There was only 1 waffle iron so there was a line with not only the number of customers waiting for the waffle iron, but customers making 2, 3 sometimes 4 waffles, which caused a backup of people waiting. Wish the location offered a veteran discount. The price is alittle high.

The overall atmosphere was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Overall clean. Beautiful lobby. Felt safe.

The room was clean but there were a few things that I noticed that made it feel not so clean like thick dust all over the bathroom outlet, a little bit of orange rust stain on the shower from the handle, floor tiles not cut properly, grime in the corners of the floors. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and pillows gave no support and squished down flat.

Very very friendly and comfy room! I really felt like home away from home.

The only thing that was a little annoying was that they didn’t really do room service without us saying something. It’s all right and saves resources I get it but yeah. But for the price and what you get I would always come back!!

The proximity to the Wicomico, Civic Center, the ease of making the appointment the breakfast in the morning. Oh my gosh, totally unexpected to have a completely hot breakfast. I expected granola and fruit. I got hot eggs, sausage , potatoes. Even waffles!! - just the assortment and having a good breakfast to start my day off.

The lighting in the parking lot -as a female, needs to be brighter.

First my clock in my room was broken and had to call to get it replaced,but the most frustrating thing was there was NOT soap in the shower so at 4am I had to take a shower with NO soap !was so mad !!! DidNOT have time to get out of shower and call desk at 4am and no telling how long before someone came with more soap !don’t know how the housekeeping staff didn’t. Check to see if the shower had soap I was very annoyed!

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good.

I was shocked at how much the rates went up from the weekday to weekend, especially this early given that it isn't peak beach season. We would have stayed 2 nights to save having to drive down the same day as our event but, sadly, not at those rates. No one monitoring the pool area. There were 4 children on two separate occasions on Saturday evening in the area unaccompanied by an adult. They were jumping in the pool with their Crocs on, purposefully screaming, repeatedly running and jumping into the pool to see who could make the largest splash. One slipped several times and could have been seriously hurt. Their behavior drove out a portion of the large group we were staying there with and we then encountered the same situation at 9:00pm.

The girl who runs the breakfast is a wonderful person. Also I left my kindle behind and someone called when I was driving home and left a message. I called back and asked if they could mail the Kindle to me. It was at my house in three days, triple bubble wrapped . I want to thank the staff for sending it quickly and very safe. Great job!! The street outside the entrance is tough to navigate.

Everything about the hotel was awesome it was clean, the staff was exceptional and very pleasant to talk to, the room was big enough and very clean, the breakfast and the cook was very nice and helpful, I will be looking to stay at this hotel again in the future

Can't say anything I didn't like.

Jazmen had a very bubbly personality when we arrived. We really appreciate her customer service etiquette. Everything was wonderful! The next day we ate breakfast before leaving. The food and staff were nice.

We don't have any complaints.
