They offer check-in and digital keys through the app, so we were able to pre-select our room and then go right up, no need for a front desk check-in. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, with ample seating. Plenty of parking, and the hotel is right off Rt. 13, which made it convenient as an overnight stop on our drive from North Carolina to New York. Lots of places nearby to eat, plus grocery and Target if you need anything. The room was pretty standard, but clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. There's also a small in-room fridge and a microwave.

Wish their vending machine had a card/tap option in addition to just cash, but that's very minor. Also the convenience of the location was great, but not especially attractive.

HVAC FAN WAS NOISEY SLAMMING OF DOORS WAKING ME UP I SLEPT BAD KIDS RUNNING IN OUT OF ROOMS AND THE HALLWAY I JUST HAD BAD LUCK

The room was nice and spacious, but my husband has back issues and he said he could feel the springs so we switched sides. The breakfast everyday was tasty, hot and gave great variety. There was a snafu with Bookings, but Zay and the the General Manager worked it out very quickly. And the most important thing was it was furbaby friendly and had an indoor pool!!! The location was even close to family and friends. I'll be using Hampton Inn by Hilton whenever I come down for a visit, that's for sure!!!

I can't find anything that I didn't like

I did not eat anything but I did see everything and it all smelled and looked delicious. I loved the staff, they were so kind to me, I was actually there to get away from a domestic situation and I explained it to the front desk and they were exceptional at assuring me I would be safe there. I thank them all for their kindness.

I do think the rooms are a bit outdated other than the tv. But, everything worked, and I appreciate the safety at this hotel. I never felt unsafe there. I had to again rush to another hotel the following weekend again and I ended up having to stay at a really unsafe hotel with broken locks on the doors so I truly appreciate this hotel and how safe it is.

Convenient clean great shower nice breakfast!

While about 8 people were seated having breakfast that included hot scrambled eggs, sausage and home fries options, that smelled great, a lady chose to do her spray cleaning of the eating area. She sprayed tables, chairs, lounges and literally turned the air white with the spray disinfectant. I can see cleaning up after guests but she was doing a complete cleaning job while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. This was rude beyond belief. It ruined the taste of all of our food and coffee.

Moved from a dreadful hotel (Country Inn) to this hotel, so “day-of” reservation. Front desk woman was wonderfully understanding and accommodating. She ensured we could check in by noon so we could attend my granddaughter’s wedding at 2 pm. Breakfast cook/server was upbeat and friendly amid a very hectic, busy morning rush of diners. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet,

There was a power outage prior to us checking in. When we arrived 5 minutes after power came on to check in the staff was amazing. They explained the system was powering back up, walked us to the room via stairs and was very pleasant. There were 3 employees all went above and beyond to make sure we were checked in and comfortable. I usually stay at the Marriott for work but wanted a change. I am so happy I chose this hotel and will be back during my next work trip.

Close to everything and Salisbury University where we were moving our kid into. Love the cold, flavored water in the lobby and dog friendly vibe (even though we didn’t bring a dog!)

A/C unit was very loud and kept resetting to 75, despite changing it to 68 multiple times. Also, quite pricey for a Hampton Inn mid-week.

Relax, clean,atmosphere, friendly staff

Refrigerator does not keep food or drinks cold. I had to throw a shrimp salad away that I brought that was not cheap as by the next morning it was watery and sour. Sodas and waters were lukewarm warm . Everyone don’t eat chicken patties

The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was very busy with holiday traffic but the staff handled themselves and the not so pleasant guests in a professional manner. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very nice location.

There wasn’t anything I did not like.
