We had a great experience. We rented the room for a soccer tournament. Kids loved swimming when we got back and then we played some board games, supplied by the hotel, and foosball. The hotel lobby was really nice and spacious. The room was very clean, a little small but the space worked well for short stay. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Would absolutely book here again.

The area where the pool is located is a little hot/muggy. But not unbearable.

Everything was super clean. The bed itself, the linens and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable! Like to the point that I looked up the brand and am purchasing them for my own bed. Staff was super friendly and interacted with us even when they didn’t have to. Indoor pool was great and gave us something to occupy the kids as we were staying here while our home was being repaired/remodeled for a few days. Again, everything was super clean including the pool bathroom. Breakfast was top notch and had plenty of different options, including a pancake maker with the wave of your hand! Both the kids and myself were highly impressed. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was a bit on the smaller side and didn’t have much space to eat as a family of 4. There was a desk and chair but no table or microwave.

Having the breakfast was great, and having a variety was good too. The blueberry muffins WERE THE BEST!!!! and having hot coffee and tea 24 hours a day was WONDERFUL!!! THANK YOU so much for having it.

I had planned to do some work at the desk but the light/ lamp didn't work.

The hotel was fine. Room was small. Wasn't much to do in Georgetown. The price paid for 2 nights was over $500 which I'm confused about because I believe booked the room for less than $150 a night. Needless to say we only stayed 1 night and booked a room near Rehoboth beach for less money and a lot more to see and do

It was in a very busy shopping area. The pro is it is close to food and shopping, literally at your back door. However, would have liked a more peaceful setting.

I loved the location of the property! The staff were very helpful and were very kind. The property itself was very well kept and clean. The property itself is very unique and displays art very well. The breakfast was very good.

There is nothing bad to say about this property

The last night there was a multitude of new checkins, some baseball teams, that night Noone could enjoy any facilities as there were 20 children telling screaming and parents not keeping control. The next morning it was so loud again kids not controlled , made breakfast or even coffee impossible. Management did nothing about it. All we could do was check out and leave

Very clean and modern and up to date. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was good.

Staff was underwhelming. They had trouble finding both my sisters and I’s reservation and acted like we really hadn’t booked a room like they didn’t believe us. Eventually they found it though. King rooms are very tight.

Everything was great. We especially liked the pool. It was warm. All the bath products provided were so good, I found and ordered the same brand for use at home. Breakfast was delicious. Hot fresh pancakes were our favorite.

I loved my room it was super clean and large! The pool was great. The coffee and tea at the lobby is always amazing. The staff at the lobby when checking in and checking out both were so friendly and welcoming. The cleaners were also so nice.

The only reason I stayed this hotel 2nd time is their amazing pancakes at breakfast but unfortunately their pancake machine was broken and we couldn’t eat pancakes. That was a big disappointment.
