The newer modern facilities were very nice. Our room was a very nice setup but it could have been cleaner. The heated saltwater pool was great for our little one. And the location off of DE-1 was perfect for our beach getaway. I love how the hotel was not directly in the hustle and bustle of Rehoboth Beach.

The room's cleanliness was not up to my expectations. Our sheets had makeup still stained on it, the kitchen supplies needed to be washed prior to use and the bathroom shower was not well scrubbed. The kitchen area floor was dirty and the carpet of the room felt dirty when walking barefoot. Further, our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room and we could hear everything from crying babies to conversation. It was disruptive and I am sure it was also disruptive for them whenever my toddler was screaming or we were conversing near the connecting door.

Everything. The location was central to tons of locals eateries and a total of 8 min from Rehoboth boardwalk. Also the guest service rep Bryant was AHHHHMAZING. He was so informed and knowledgeable about the area. He gave me several great suggestions for my stay one being where to see a great sunrise! 10/10!!! I’ll do it AGAIN! Thanks AGAIN Bryant l! Your hospitality was everything. I’ll def be back again soon!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in. I typically bring supplies to do my own cleaning and I did not find any dust or dirt like I do often in other places. The breakfast was also really great although it would’ve been nice to have more dairy-free options, but I don’t really expect that of a free offering. Staff was polite and friendly and parking was plentiful. It was a great stay!

The energy efficient air conditioning. When you leave the room or don’t move for a long time the A/C turns off. Coming back or waking up to a warm room in the hot summer was not my favorite.

This is a friendly, amenity rich Marriott that is in a great location. We loved the clean pool and separate patio with gas fire pit and Viking grill. The vibe is chill with a comfortable mix of business travelers, families and pets (mostly small dogs). If you smoke you can sit outside on the patio; there is an outdoor “butt bucket” ashtray, and almost all guests know how to use it. All staff (desk, housekeeping, bar and food service) were first class.

Only one thing! The bathroom sink was horribly clogged, and by the time we realized how bad it was, my older mom had already settled in comfortably to the otherwise wonderful room.

We liked that it was away from crowded Downtown Beach/ Boardwalk area.

The location was convenient to the areas we wanted to travel to. The staff was very nice. Chris was very pleasant and welcomed us with open arms, not literally, but that's the way it felt. Maria the housekeeper was very pleasant. The breakfast staff was very accommodating. Will definitely return.🥰

The area we were to stay in had a very strong smell of the pets in the hall way. I didn't notice the smell when I first walked to my room. But when we took that second walk in the hallway it was very noticeable. So we used the back stairway to go in and out of building. The next time we will request to stay in the area where pets aren't there.

I had a fantastic experience with Tiana at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and exhibited a high level of professionalism when accommodating our request for two queen beds instead of a king bed. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay. The suites were equipped with a kitchen area that included all the essential cookware, utensils (forks, knives, spoons), plates, bowls, a spacious fridge, coffeemaker, and cooktops. The attention to detail surpassed even similar-sized Airbnbs. Notably, the cleanliness was outstanding, and there was a consistent supply of fresh towels. The breakfast turned out to be a delightful surprise as well. The variety of items offered was impressive, and each dish was bursting with flavor. I'm already planning to seek out Residence Inns by Marriott for our future family travels. This experience has set a high standard for our expectations.

The location was great, near everything, yet tucked away. The room was well equipped, a decent size for a family of 3. We had a King suite.

1) The shower could have used an extra scrubbing/bleaching; 2) The outdoor pool is substantially smaller in person than it looks in the pictures; 3) I went out to grab coffee from the lobby and on more than one occasion it was empty or cold; 4) Breakfast was terrible if you wanted anything cooked. Only safe things were the bagels, yogurt and fruit. Breakfast sandwiches, eggs, and sausage were the blandest and driest things there. You could make your own waffle though which was a huge plus.

This i an attractive, modern, clean, and welcoming hotel. The staff are friendly, efficient, and responsive. Had one small problem which we reported to the management and within 30 minutes it was taken care of. A great place, great breakfast, and we will be back.
