Janet was awesome. I was here on extended stay 3+ Mo and not once did I ever have a problem with receiving what I needed .. this is a very accommodating, comfortable, private extended stay kind of place to be. I will definitely come back here as my first choice if I ever need to

RoomsExactly what you are looking for especially if you are staying a few nights. Comes with a full kitchen and a full-sized fridge! It’s great being able to cook your meals. They have just completed new flooring which looks INCREDIBLE. It opens up the space and makes it feel like home.

Everything was old style, worn out but highly functional and comfortable, no leakage anywhere, very good water flow in the shower, spacious, clean and perfectly working fridge, dusty, old but very good AC, clean sheets, good bed, central location

Clean but not everywhere (dome places were dusty and greasy), toiletry not included hair blower and tooth brushes and paste, during three nights stay no room cleaning, trash take out or any contact with the staff, they disappeared😀

Everything is super cozy and comfortable staying here. I love Janet, the housekeeper.

It's still a great place if you are traveling with a dog and on a budget. The staff has always been pleasant and kind. This time was no exception.

It's not really anything I didn't like just different from previous stays. I wasn't prepared for the room not being stocked. I was expecting what had been in previous stays like coffee and cups. Utensils use to be in the rooms, along with plates, bowls, glasses, that kind of stuff. It's still a good value and " gets the job done" for my needs.

Janet, the housekeeper is super awesome. She is so accommodating and does her best at her job.

Although I booked for this facility, booking.com had overbooked and Yosh was very accommodating and kept my price the same and got the chance to stay at the Staybridge Suites ,the old HeritageInn and the place was incredibly beautiful and amazing. Much friendlier and new staff than the Heritage Inn. It was very relaxing and quiet. I was only there for a night and wasn’t able to use all the amenities but I will definitely keep this place in mind if needed again

Nothing

The location was perfect theirs a lot of stores around the he movie theatre is even up the road. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

The reviews I had seen before had me scared but I’ve driven past this place for so long and always wanted to stay im glad I did. Their was nothing that I didn’t like. The staff was friendly and im on crutches they even came outside and allowed me to sign in from my vehicle so that I didn’t have to hop up the steps. Very clean and comfy place to stay. Felt like we were home very comfy we definitely have found our new little getaway spot.

I like everything about the place. The only thing I would change would be. Washing the carpet. Other than that it was nice and somewhat quite (traffic and sirens) but everything was clean. Easy parking.

When you first arrive there should be specific details on where you should check in. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes because I did not know where the check-in office was or how I would have to check in.  When my phone call was answered, I was directed to another place in order for me to check in.
