I like the breakfast, the rooms are pretty generic. It's pretty good. The breakfast is a nice little, bit if you just want a quick bite. I will recommend this hotel. It has what you need for a weekend trip or whatever.

The rooms are basic but generally okay for a weekend or longer stay. Some rooms have minor issues, like a weird fire alarm or stains on the carpet, but nothing serious enough to avoid the hotel. One downside is there’s no elevator, which can be tough for families or groups. Also, the curtains could be better—having just one big curtain means you can’t get privacy while still letting light in. A thinner, privacy-friendly curtain would be a nice upgrade.

My honest review. The staff were nice. The pool was nice. The room when you first walked in was really hot. The ac was off. Which was fine when I turned on the air it quickly cooled off. The room didn’t smell at all. I seen other reviews of it saying it stunk so I brought air freshener Incase. I didn’t need it. The inside of the hotel looked a little old but for the price it was fine. The room was completely clean yes some paint was chipped here and there but it was not dirty. Again you get what you paid for. I would definitely stay again. It’s a very good location close to a lot of outlets. Also a Cracker Barrel not even a 3 min walk. They say they have breakfast. Roadway inn did not specify it’s not eggs and bacon. The food that they had were Toast , bagels , muffins , and cereal. They also have coffee and a juice machine orange juice , apple juice and cranberry cocktail juice. I hope this helps anyone that is thinking of booking this hotel.

It’s not fancy or luxurious, it’s just basic, but very spacious. I appreciate that they keep it affordable. There’s obvious maintenance needs going unaddressed, but everything is good enough. The pool area is great. The location is great.

Hard to say. There’s lots of details to pick at, but I see them taking an approach that keeps prices down, so I’m not nitpicking anything. It’s a great place if You’re on a tight budget

The location of the restaurants, and shopping center was great. The staff was nice and helpful. I like the new floors and the pool area was real nice. This is my 5th year there we always book Rodeway inn for our girls trip. Each time it's different. 👍🏽 But always nice 🙂

The towel in the bathroom from the previous guest left behind 😞 didn't properly sweep all areas or dust. The crackling sound of the bath tub. And stained blankets.😞.

The customer service from all the staff I've dealt with were very nice and helpful.

The carpet had some sticky stains that on one of the areas my flip flop got stuck on and I almost fell. I didn't want to make a big deal about it since I wasn't in the room that much.. I did inform the clerks when I checked out to turn in keys.

My husband and I took our pastor and church family on vacation at Rehoboth beach before I returned to college. The staff were spirit uplifting, happy, professional and informational. We had no conflicts with our room nor did we hear any noise throughout our stay! Great price for the location within fun activities to enjoy at the beach. The dinning area was clean with various optional choices for a breakfest meal. The pool was clean and the water was at perfect temperature. Next door from Roadway inn & suites is a wonderful and delicious seafood buffet restaurant we ate at. I serve God our father and Christ our savior, therfore I will not lie! I recommend Rodeway Inn & Suites for all who are looking for an affordable clean, accommodating, comfortable vacation at Rehoboth and the other beachs in Delaware state.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

We have been staying at this Hotel every year when visiting Rehoboth ,it never disappoint, especially if you're on a small budget,this place is perfect,staff are great,rooms are clean and great location.

The lack of parking space,if you come back late at night there's no parking space left.

Suites available, pool, continental breakfast, close to beach and lots of other activities.

We weren’t given information at check in to retain, WiFi, breakfast times, ect. They were on a paper I signed quickly but a copy wasn’t given to me so in the process of unloading our car and getting in our room I had forgotten that information I saw briefly on the paper.

Property was comfortable and clean

After conversing with front desk about my son having a service dog with an id and paperwork prior to my booking and a two week stay I went to renew and was denied my booking due to the service dog I understand that this is not a pet friendly hotel but we were not to be denied with service dog it’s a federal law under the American Disability Act and is considered denial under discrimination!! My son has a severe seizure disorder and the service dog a seizure alert animal!! I now have a lawyer

It was a good location not too far from the beach. Clean room when arrived and daily housekeeping asking if we need anything. Pool was very relaxing.

Staff on day of arriving wasn’t too friendly, on the day leaving different staff with better additude.
