Great location and very clean and the staff was truly very amazing and great complimentary breakfast. Room had a mini fridge and a small microwave which was great for bringing home some leftovers and having a late night snack.

There was absolutely no storage in the room. No “Closet-like” structure no dresser. There was an area next to the TV with 3 pegs to hang some clothes on and there was a reading bench with open space off the floor under it but my bags would not fit under. So my whole stay my bags were on the reading bench full of clothes and I’d have to go into my luggage every time I needed something. There was a modest little area next to the front desk with some snack and drinks for purchase but there were no sugar options at all. I never expect to find sugar free snacks but always have found diet sodas.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! We took a staycation without the little one, and this was the perfect getaway. The hotel room was clean, featuring hardwood floors for those who prefer that touch. The TV was a great size, making movie night even more enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning was super convenient, and we loved being within walking distance of multiple stores in the nearby shopping center. A special shoutout to James at the front desk—he was amazing! We had a great conversation about sports, and before I headed back to my room, he asked where we planned to eat and even provided a 10% off coupon for our dinner. If you don’t need a massive hotel room and just want a comfortable, well-located place to stay, I’d definitely recommend this spot. The staff was excellent!

This place was an unexpected treat. I was expecting somewhat of a cut rate hotel stay. But that was not the case here the room was clean, the hotel lobby and other places in the hotel were also clean. The breakfast was good. I was expecting a flip waffle breakfast that’s often times available (while this is still good) the conveyor belt, (yes conveyor belt) pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs. The basic breakfast was still very good. It was a basic breakfast, but it does help on a trip and is still good. Coffee, a little weak according to my opinion and taste. The location was excellent located right next to a bike trailhead and behind the Tanger outlet malls so it was easily accessible, but somewhat out of the extreme coming and goings next to a mall. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. The rooms were comfortable laminated floors, not carpet nice window seat and was able to enjoy a sunset. Each of the days we stayed here.

Outside of the dehydrated eggs for breakfast (of course with expensive eggs nowadays) not much to say about complaints.

This hotel was a lot better than I anticipated, it was very clean, the location was very convenient, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, I will definitely stay here again

There is a lot of traffic just as soon as you get out of the hotel which can make a short drive a bit longer. There was what seemed like an old water park next to the hotel it looks a bit creepy but my room wasn’t on that side so it didn’t bother me. For some reason the coffee cups all leaked after maybe having coffee in it for 2-3 minutes.

Breakfast was good, just about the right choice which gets your day started, The anytime coffee availablity in the lobby was indeed a good treat. The snack bar is also a welcoem addition for those who may have forgotten to pick up some snacks to snack on either at the pool or in the room as well.

Every thing was good, the staff are super friendly, the place is clean, the poool facilities is also a nice treat. the lobby TV is a good way to keep people engaged while waiting for front desk to help you or even while having breakfast. There ia ample parking availbility on the property which is indeed a plus point. A suggestion, during the summer the parking area around the property gets really hot, and it would be nice to have a shadded place to park your cars so if you need to step out some where, you dont have to enter your car, which feels like your entering a sauna, since your car is sitiing in the parking area under the sun. A shaded car park may be in some area of trhe lot would be a great addition, this is my thoughts.

Location, right at one of the outlet plazas & you can take the back way to get to the beach and avoid a lot of traffic, which is very heavy every day during the summer. The staff was friendly enough, but not overly!!!! There was hair on the back of the toilet when I got there (Im bakd & was a solo traveler but I just cleaned it up, otherwise the room was clean & I tipped the cleaners every day. I just enjoyed my stay there!

Nothing, it suited my needs for a few nights

The pool and fire pit were awesome! Glad to see laundry facilities since we like to pack light. Staff was sooo friendly and great! Comfortable beds and great temperature control in the rooms. Always had hot water. Super clean.

First, and this is very important… try to put families with young children on the first and second floors as the walls/floors are so thin, we could hear their squeals and little feet running back and forth through the ceiling, late into the night. Put people who don’t have young children on the third and fourth floor so you don’t have noise complaints. While we certainly appreciate the free breakfast, it could be improved. Orange juice is watery. The pancake machine kept glitching making it a long and annoying process to make two small pancakes. Staff was slow to restock. Maybe add a waffle machine?

All chain hotel breakfasts are horrible. They had all the sugary mainstays: yoplait, pancakes, Froot Loops, etc. I would not be surprised if they slip sugar in the eggs. Anyway, I’m sure if you are into that type of thing you would consider it a good breakfast.

I can’t think of anything not to like. It wasn’t on the beach but in the middle of a shopping center parking lot? But then I knew that going in, and even that wasn’t a problem.

Good breakfast, helpful staff, great location. The trail which ends at the hotel car park was lovely and my son and I really enjoyed a good hike there. If you're interested in the outlets, this location is right on top of one of the Tanger outlets, you can walk right over to it which is good on a rainy day.

So noisy at night but this was a particular group and thankfully they must've left after the first two nights. I always have earplugs, anyway!

The staff was very accommodating and polite. Provided a walk-in shower with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good in a natural, light filled room. Good location off of coastal highway near beaches and plenty of restaurants and stores.

The bed was comfortable but high off the ground. I could have used a step stool. A night light would have been helpful to get safely to the bathroom when the room darkened.
