My wife, daughter and grandson went down to the breakfasts and loved them. And they enjoyed interacting with the staff serving at the breakfast. Very helpful!!! We also were aided tremendously when the front desk staff recommended we use the park-and-ride transit service to reach the beach/boardwalk. What a great recommendation, and that single recommendation made our vacation an exceptional treat! The transit rides were fun and adventurous and we saved the hassle of finding parking at the busy downtown. Funny thing how one little thing can become such a valuable item!!!!

No negatives ... and we are no strangers to traveling in the U.S. We were just about shocked at how nice everything was at Holiday Inn Express Rehobeth.

I arrived an hour earlier than check-in time but was given a room. The front desk staff was so friendly! The room was full of so many great amenities and quite comfortable for my stay. The hot breakfast was perfect. They have so many options that aren't loaded with carbs, but I also indulged in the yummy cinnamon rolls. Coffee is available 24/7 which is wonderful. Easy check-out. Lots of parking.

Unfortunately, my room was located on the first floor near the lobby and elevators which meant having to endure a lot of late-night noise from other patrons. Also, no creamers/sugar/etc. provided in the room with the coffee. (I didn't ask for any at the front desk, so possibly they have some available in the lobby.)

Pleasant Stay, Though Pricey This hotel was nice overall, with clean facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. However, at nearly $300 for one night, it felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

The location was also less than ideal—it wasn’t close to the beach or downtown, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. In hindsight, I would have preferred to stay somewhere closer to downtown for easier access to restaurants and attractions.

The room was adequately sized, clean, and comfortable. The furniture and lighting were excellent and convenient, regardless of whether it was a business or leisure trip. The general vicinity was quiet despite being close to a mall and a highway. The location was very close to malls and restaurants.

Breakfast was OK. That sausage was overcooked, making it a bit chewy and dry. Had issues trying to connect my Android to the TV since it seemed to favor iPhones instead. The price was a little higher compared to other surrounding areas.

Really liked the location - close to everything we wanted to do/see. Nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. LOVED that it is a pet-friendly hotel, so we were able to bring our dog with us!

The breakfast was not spectacular - the omelets were COLD (husband walked back to our room to heat it up in the microwave - we were on the 1st floor) and there was no available microwave in the breakfast area. The scrambled eggs were not good - very dry and crumbly. The bacon and sausage were good and there were other options, so we left satisfied. Pancake machine was out of order, so we couldn't try those.

The staff was phenomenal! The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The staff who prepared breakfast and ensured everything was in stock and that the area was clean, was wonderful. We also had a staff member go above and beyond for my child when they slipped and got hurt. We really appreciated that. The beds were very comfortable! We loved how close we were to everything, even though we had to drive. It was just what we needed.

I don't have any complaints. But a suggestion, to maybe place the booklet and restaurant list that's available at the front desk, in the rooms on the table. We didn't even know this was available until we asked at the front desk a suggestion for a good local restaurant.

The staff went over and beyond to help with anything I needed, like extra towels an extra pillow or even directions. The room is clean with a comfy bed. Nice large bathroom with a shower.The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options for everyone to enjoy.i highly recommend this place to stay.

Only one thing. Wish there was a grab bar by the toilet.

The property is right across the street from outlets which is why we were in Rehoboth. Everyone at the property Was wonderful. Front Desk employees, the gentleman Who handled the breakfast, and housekeeping. Our favorite part of the property was when we open the door to our room and there was never a doubt it wasn’t clean. The aroma of Cleaning products was wonderful and made us feel extremely comfortable. I’ve heard of horror stories from other people about the cleanliness of other hotels and that is not a concern at this property. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We will be back year after year for our girlfriends weekend of Christmas shopping!

Absolutely NOTHING!!!

My time here was great. Check- in was easy. The gentleman who checked me in was so kind. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff even allowed me to use the wifi in the lounge after I checked out so I could attend a work training. Very happy with my stay here and I’m sure I’ll stay here for my next visit to Rehoboth beach.

When you walked in the hotel smelled clean, the elevators smelled clean. The staff greeted you. looking around the lobby looked clean and we went to our room, it was clean. The hotel had a quiet time (10pm-1am). For me it was quiet and able to sleep,

Nothing, for the three nights we were there, it was awesome. We get up early so was able to go to the Dunkin near by and on the same side as the hotel.
