There were tvs in the sitting room and bedroom and a door between, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The pool was comfortable and not freezing, the breakfast was refilled quickly and Joy was so kind. It was safe for the kids and another mom says she's stayed before and was happy both times. No drama at night time, nice and quiet, the hotel itself is accessible to Walmart, the beaches, Iron Hill Brewery (try the schnitzel!), gas stations, pretty much everything.

The first night we opened the sofa bed it had a dip and by morning we had to have attendants help put it back together. The next night, our kid slept on the sofa itself but was still comfortable. The sink in the bedroom kept backing up with some sort of grease which overflowed, and my husband notified the front desk who notified maintenance. They took care of the problem but it happened again.

The one bedroom had plenty of space for 5 people. The pool was clean as well as the rooms. overall, a happy relaxing stay for a night. Staff was professional and friendly. quick and easy check-in process.

The breakfast could have been a little more than breads, muffins and 2 types of cereal with the 331.00 cost for 1 night for 2 adults and 2 small kids. but cracker barrel is right next to the hotel is a plus, I guess.

The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Bedding is comfortable. It’s reasonably priced.

The room could use some TLC. The drapes are in serious need of cleaning. There was something gross on them. I took my own cleaning supplies and did my best to clean them. I also cleaned the surfaces of the table, dresser area and bathroom areas. The toilet sits extremely low. Anyone with knee problems should definitely be aware of this.

We were just staying for the night; arrived late. Front Desk representative was friendly and accommodating. Wish we caught her name for anyone on the ownership side to see this… we checked in Thursday 8/29 around 9:45pm. Room was nicer than expected. Would return for a short stay.

No negative comments. Staff was so great — somehow left my keys at the front desk without realizing and they were there waiting for me upon checkout.

We stay here almost every year we luv the pool the breakfast room and we have been blessed to be upgraded to a suite that over looks the pool which we enjoy . It’s convenient to pretty much everything cost efficient for a large family too .

The one girl at the front desk had an attitude and poor customer service so we were a bit disappointed walking in to check in excited for our stay to have an unfriendly staff member not even greet us with a smile ! We asked for a couple blankets and the one smelled like smoke was not clean or washed at all so was not happy with that . Our maid did not clean our room the one day I told her we were leaving soon but she never came back to clean and she was still cleaning rooms on the floor so we came back to an unclean room beds left unmade ect …

The location was beautiful the staff was good the motel state was decent however our reservations were all messed up.

I was registered and reserved the reservation for 3 days and three nights however I was told I only reserved the room for 2 days this was a very inconvenience and a financial issue on my trip so I would not even be able to stay and enjoy my trip on my birthday because my reservations were messed up we had to end up paying money out of a pocket for something that should have already been taken care of I am one of y'all's best customers because I go out of town frequently and need a motel stay this was just unacceptable

Well we let them know we were down in the area and the one staff member said check in around noon and our room wasn't room so we checked she told us to call around 1 then we did call at 1 she answered the phone said let me check about your room she said they were ready we drove to the hotel we got there she said they were not ready. So we next door t0 talk to the Boss but he was not there. So he said we can hang out a used the pool to cool off about 3:30 the staff called over ask if they were ready and again they said so we went back and only one was ready we had to go to the boat trip . Got bak to the hotel 12:00am and we had better time.

I love that my room room was in the closed in portion of the hotel. Nice and Quiet Area Comfy beds Nice Balcony

The way into my room. The host said to go around back ,but at the back of the hotel, there was no elevator for the 4th floor. I finally found a side entrance with am enclosed hallway and an elevator to the 4th floor. It was scary at night with me and my daughter poking around a hotel

I did not partake of breakfast there were restaurants that serve breakfast that we like to go to. POOL IS VERY NICE CLEAN AND A NICE SIZE FOR THAT AREA.

I would like more options for TV when you get back to the room even after a long day I would like to watch a movie

Rooms were clean. Price was fair. Decent breakfast offered.

Floor around the sink/bathroom was greasy and slippery. Trash can outside our door would slam shut when used so while trying to sleep it would sound like a bomb exploded. And our key cards had to be reprogramed several times bc they would only work a time or two and they were couldn’t get into our room.
